Abstract
【解決手段】アルカリ金属化合物、還元性糖類及び還元性糖類によって還元される色素を含有する酸素検知剤溶液をシート状担体に担時させた後、乾燥して得られるシート状酸素検知剤であって、該シート状担体が、縦方向の湿潤引張強度が1.00〜1.50KN/m及び縦方向の吸水度が50〜80mm10分である含浸紙であるシート状酸素検知剤及び該シート状酸素検知剤を有する複合脱酸素剤を採用する。

Description
〔本発明に係るシート状酸素検知剤〕
本発明に係るシート状酸素検知剤は、酸素検知剤溶液をシート状担体に担時させた後、乾燥して得られる。酸素検知剤溶液はアルカリ金属化合物、還元性糖類及び還元性糖類によって還元される色素を含有する。
本発明に係るシート状酸素検知剤は、そのまま用いてもよいが、脱酸素剤と一体化して複合脱酸素剤として用いることが好ましい。このようにシート状酸素検知剤と脱酸素剤を一体化させることによって、食品等の包装袋内に封入する際に別々の作業が不要となり、取り扱いの煩雑さが回避される。また、いずれか一方の封入漏れとなることもない。
以下、本発明を実施例等により具体的に説明する。
幅5mmで、縦方向の湿潤引張強度0.95KN/m、縦方向の吸水度が65mm10分、米坪182g/m2のテープ状含浸紙を調製した。
幅5mmで、縦方向の湿潤引張強度1.24KN/m、縦方向の吸水度が45mm10分、米坪182g/m2のテープ状含浸紙を調製した。
幅5mmで、縦方向の湿潤引張強度1.55KN/m、縦方向の吸水度が45mm10分、米坪182g/m2のテープ状含浸紙を調製した。
幅5mmで、縦方向の湿潤引張強度0.95KN/m、縦方向の吸水度が90mm10分、米坪182g/m2のテープ状含浸紙を調製した。

Claims (7)
- アルカリ金属化合物、還元性糖類及び還元性糖類によって還元される色素を含有する酸素検知剤溶液をシート状担体に担時させた後、乾燥して得られるシート状酸素検知剤であって、該シート状担体が、縦方向の湿潤引張強度が1.00〜1.50KN/m及び縦方向の吸水度が50〜80mm10分である含浸紙であることを特徴とするシート状酸素検知剤。
- 上記含浸紙の米坪が150〜220g/m2である請求項1記載のシート状酸素検知剤。
- 少なくとも表面が透明フィルムによって被覆されている請求項1又は2に記載のシート状酸素検知剤。
- 透明フィルムからなる扁平状酸素検知剤袋内に密封封入されている請求項1又は2に記載のシート状酸素検知剤。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のシート状酸素検知剤が、脱酸素剤を封入した脱酸素剤袋に貼付されている複合脱酸素剤。
- 請求項3に記載のシート状酸素検知剤が、透明フィルムによって被覆されている面の裏面において脱酸素剤を封入した脱酸素剤袋に貼付されている複合脱酸素剤。
- 請求項4に記載のシート状酸素検知剤を密封封入した上記扁平状酸素検知剤袋が、その扁平面において脱酸素剤を封入した脱酸素剤袋に貼付されている複合脱酸素剤。
