Abstract
【解決手段】 成形型は、複合材成型品の形状に応じた型表面32を有する型表面シェル層15と、型表面シェル層15を支持する支持体16とから主に構成されている。型表面シェル層15は通気性を有する材料よりなり、その型形状面32にプリプレグ材34を載置する。次にプリプレグ材34を非通気性の真空バッグフィルム35で覆い、支持体16の空洞部30の真空引きをする。型表面シェル層15は通気性を有しているため、型形状面32上に存在する空気も型表面シェル層15を介して空洞部30内に排出されることになる。その結果、プリプレグ材34は真空バッグフィルム35の外方の大気圧によって型形状面32に押し付けられ、強固に密着する。

Claims (10)
- 複合材成型品を成形するために用いられる成形型であって、
通気性を有し、その型形状面に複合材を設置するための型表面シェル層と、
前記型表面シェル層の背面側に設けられ、前記型表面シェル層を介して通過する気体を排出するための空洞部を有する支持体とを備えた、成形型。 - 複合材成型品を成形するために用いられる成形型であって、
通気性を有し、その型形状面に複合材を設置するための型表面シェル層と、
前記型表面シェル層の背面に接するように配置された底板とを備え、
前記型表面シェル層の前記底板側の面には、前記型表面シェル層を通過する気体を排出するための凹部が形成された、成形型。 - 前記型形状面の背面側に設けられ、前記型表面シェル層の温度を制御するための温度制御用パイプを更に備えた、請求項1又は請求項2記載の成形型。
- 前記型表面シェル層は、表面積100cm2当たり、穴径1〜400μmの開口面積に相当する微孔が1個以上形成されている、請求項1から請求項3記載の成形型。
- 前記通気性は、前記型表面シェル層の表面側と裏面側との圧力差が0.1MPasの条件下で、表面積1cm2当たり0.001リットル/分以上の空気流量を有する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の成形型。
- 複合材成型品を成形するため成形方法であって、
通気性を有する型表面シェル層を設置する工程と、
前記型表面シェル層の表面に複合材を設置する工程と、
前記複合材を完全に覆うように真空バッグフィルムを設置する工程と、
前記型表面シェル層を介して、前記複合材と前記型表面シェル層との間の気体を排出する工程とを備えた、成形方法。 - 前記複合材を加熱して硬化させる工程と、
前記型表面シェル層の背面に気体を導入して加圧し、前記硬化した前記複合材を前記型表面シェル層から離形させる工程とを更に備えた、請求項6記載の成形方法。 - 複合材成型品を成形するため成形方法であって、
通気性を有し、円筒形状を有する型表面円筒層を設置する工程と、
前記型表面円筒層の側壁表面に複合材を設置する工程と、
前記複合材を完全に覆うように真空バッグフィルムを設置する工程と、
前記型表面円筒層を介して、前記複合材と前記型表面円筒層との間の気体を排出する工程とを備えた、成形方法。 - 前記複合材を加熱して硬化させる工程と、
前記型表面円筒層の背面に気体を導入して加圧し、前記硬化した前記複合材を前記型表面円筒層から離形させる工程とを更に備えた、請求項8記載の成形方法。 - 前記型表面円筒層の前記側壁表面は、前記型表面円筒層の長手方向の一方端から他方端に向かって径が徐々に増加する形状を有する、請求項9記載の成形方法。
