Abstract
【解決手段】パティキュレートフィルタ5と選択還元型触媒6とをケーシング7,8により抱持して夫々の入側端部同士が同じ方向を向くように並列に配置し、パティキュレートフィルタ5の出側端部から排出された排気ガス3を逆向きに折り返して隣の選択還元型触媒6の入側端部に導入するS字構造の連絡流路9を備え、この連絡流路9の途中に尿素水添加手段10により尿素水を添加し得るように構成した排気浄化装置に関し、パティキュレートフィルタ5及び選択還元型触媒6のケーシング7,8を剛体のプレート13(拘束部材)により一体的に拘束する。

Claims (3)
- パティキュレートフィルタと、その下流側に備えられて酸素共存下でも選択的にNOxをアンモニアと反応せしめる選択還元型触媒とをケーシングにより抱持して夫々の入側端部同士が同じ方向を向くように並列に配置し、パティキュレートフィルタの出側端部から排出された排気ガスを逆向きに折り返して隣の選択還元型触媒の入側端部に導入するS字構造の連絡流路を備え、該連絡流路の途中に尿素水を添加し得るように構成した排気浄化装置であって、パティキュレートフィルタ及び選択還元型触媒のケーシングを剛体の拘束部材により一体的に拘束したことを特徴とする排気浄化装置。
- パティキュレートフィルタ及び選択還元型触媒のケーシングにおける軸心方向の複数箇所を拘束部材により個別に拘束し、該各拘束部材同士も連結部材により連結して一体的に拘束したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。
- 拘束部材により連絡流路も一緒に拘束したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気浄化装置。
