Abstract

Description
0 242 708 A2は、2つの側面から球形の頭部を押す2つの球形の形状の部分からなる受部を有する骨ねじについて記載する。これらの部分は、リングによって下方部においてまとめられる。
頭部は、ロッド固定スリーブによって押し下げられるロッキングリングによって内部チャンバにおいてロックされる。US 5,575,792は、骨ねじの代わりにフックを用いる類似の装置を開示する。上述の骨ねじと比べて、ロッド固定スリーブは省略されており、ロッドはロッキングリングを直接押す。ロッキングリングは、上から結合要素の上に配置されなければならない。ロッドが挿入されていないときには、ロッキングリングは上端の方への抜けに対しておよび回転に対して固定されない。さらに、この公知の骨固定装置の大きさは、ロッキングリングと同様にかなり大きく、ロッキングナットは結合要素の直径から実質的に外向きに延びている。

- 骨固定装置であって、
骨に固定するためのシャフト(2)および頭部(3,3′)を有する骨固定要素(1,1′)と、
前記骨固定要素にロッド(6)を結合するための受部(5)とを備え、前記受部は、
前記ロッドを受けるための、第1の端部(9a)および第2の端部(9b)およびU字型凹部(12)を有する第1の部分(9)を備え、前記凹部(12)は、前記第1の端部(9a)から前記第2の端部(9b)の方向に延びており、それによって2つの自由な脚部(12a,12b)を形成し、前記受部はさらに、

- 前記ロッキングリング(8)の外径は、前記第1の部分(9)の外径よりも小さいか、または前記第1の部分(9)の外径と等しい、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記受部の前記第2の部分(16)は、前記第2の端部(9b)に向かって先細りになる円錐形の外面を有する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記ロッキングリングは、前記第2の部分(16)の前記円錐形の外面に対応する、円錐形に先細りになる内面を備えるセクション(8a)を有する、請求項5に記載の骨固定装置。
- 円錐角(α)は、前記ロッキングリング(8)と前記第2の部分(16)との間の自動ロッキングを提供するように選択される、請求項6に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記ロッキングリング(8)は、前記頭部が留められていないときに前記U字型凹部(12)の中に突出する、180°だけオフセットされた2つの突起(21)を備える、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記第2の部分(16)は、前記自由端(17)に開放する複数のスリット(19,20)を備える、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記第1の部分(9)は、前記第1の端部(9a)のある距離のところから前記第2の
端部(9b)まで延びる複数のスリット(15)を備える、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。 - 前記頭部(3)は球形セグメントの形状をしており、前記第2の部分は、前記頭部(3)の回動運動を可能にするように、対応する球形部分(18)を有する内面を備える、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記頭部(3′)は円筒形の形状をしており、前記第2の部分は、前記頭部(3′)の動きを単一の軸を中心とした回転運動に制限するように、対応する円筒形部分(181)を有する内面を備える、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記凹部において前記ロッドを固定するために閉じ要素(7)、好ましくは止めねじが設けられる、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記第2の部分(16)の前記自由端(17)を通る面は、前記第1の端部(9a)に対してある角度を含む、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
