Description
以下に、本発明の実施形態の塵離れ性に優れた帯電性フィルター用部材について詳述する。
ミノプロピルトリメトキシシランの塩酸塩や、2−(3、4エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリメトキシシランや、3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランや、3−グリシドキシプロピルメチルジエトキシシランや、3−グリシドキシプロピルトリエトキシシランや、p−スチリルトリメトキシシランや、3−メタクリロキシプロピルメチルジメトキシシランや、3−メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシランや、3−メタクリロキシプロピルメチルジエトキシシランや、3−メタクリロキシプロピルトリエトキシシランや、3−アクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシランや、3−イソシアネートプロピルトリエトキシシランなどが挙げられる。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態の塵離れ性に優れた帯電性フィルター用部材200について図2を用いて詳述する。

市販の誘電性を有する酸化ジルコニウム粒子(日本電工株式会社製、PCS)をメタノールに10.0質量%分散した後、ビーズミルにより平均粒子径170nmに粉砕分散した。得られた分散溶液にシランモノマーとして不飽和結合や反応性官能基を有する3−メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(信越化学工業株式会社製、KBM−503)を無機微粒子に対して5.0質量%加えた後、この粉砕分散溶液を、冷却管を備えたフラスコに移してフラスコを加熱し、4時間還流下で処理することにより酸化ジルコニウム微粒子表面にシランモノマーを脱水縮合反応により化学結合させて被覆を形成した。なお、ここでいう平均粒子径とは、体積平均粒子径のことをいう。
実施例1において、粉砕分散溶液中に誘電性を有する化合物として、パーフルオロアルキル基とシラノール基を有するオリゴマー(信越化学工業株式会社製KP−801M)をシランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子の含有量に対して(1)1質量%、(2)5質量%、(3)10質量%、(4)20質量%、(5)40質量%の含有量となるように添加すること以外は実施例1と同様である。
実施例1において、粉砕分散溶液中に誘電性を有する化合物として、変性シリコーン(共栄社化学株式会社製グラノール100)をシランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子の含有量に対して(1)1質量%、(2)5質量%、(3)10質量%の含有量となるように添加すること以外は実施例1と同様である。
実施例1において、得られた無機微粒子薄膜上に、さらにパラキシリレン(日本パリレン株式会社製)を化学気相成長(以下CVDと省略す)にて成膜した。
実施例1において、得られた無機微粒子薄膜上に、パーフルオロブテルビニルエーテルポリマー(旭硝子株式会社製CYTOP)を塗布した。
実施例2の(2)において、得られた無機微粒子薄膜上にパーフルオロブテルビニルエーテルポリマー(旭硝子株式会社製CYTOP)を塗布した。
基体をエレクトレット不織布(住友スリーエム株式会社製GS-85)、乾燥温度を70℃に変更した以外は実施例5と同様とした。

実施例1において、粉砕分散液をメタノールにて30倍に希釈し、無機微粒子を含有する薄膜が基体表面に島状に存在するよう塗布した以外は実施例8と同様とした。
ポリエステル製80メッシュに何らの処理も施さず、そのままの状態で特性を評価した。
導電性を有する酸化スズ分散液(触媒化成工業、ELCOM P-30)をポリエステル製80メッシュに塗布し、フィルター用部材を得た。
実施例1において、粉砕分散溶液中に誘電性を有する化合物として、パーフルオロアルキル基とシラノール基を有するオリゴマー(信越化学工業株式会社製KP−801M)をシランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子の含有量に対して200質量%の含有量となるように大量に添加することにより、フィルター用部材としての構成は実施例2と近似するものの、従来のバインダー方式により誘電体の無機微粒子を固定化する場合に形成される皮膜を想定した組成とするものである。
エレクトレット不織布(住友スリーエム株式会社製GS-85)に何らの処理も施さず、そのままの状態で特性を評価した。
集塵性は、それぞれのサンプルを10×10cmの大きさに切り取り帯電させた後、JISZ 8901に準拠したカーボンブラックが入ったバット上に試験サンプルを近づけ、帯電によるクーロン力でカーボンブラックの捕集を行った。カーボンブラックの付着前後の試験サンプル質量を測定してカーボンブラックの集塵性を評価した。
帯電による集塵性能の持続性を示す指標として、初期の帯電圧が経時的に変化する様子を測定した。基体としてポリエステルメッシュを用いた実施例2-(2)および6では帯電印加させ、また基体にエレクトレットを用いた実施例8、9、および比較例4においては帯電印加せずに、初期からの帯電圧の経時的変化を、24℃80%RHの高湿度の環境下で測定し、その結果を表4に示した。

Claims (6)
- 樹脂繊維からなる基体と、
不飽和結合又は反応性官能基を有するシランモノマーで被覆された誘電体の無機微粒子を含み前記基体の表面部に備わる薄膜と、
を有し、
前記薄膜内の無機微粒子同士は、互いのシランモノマーの不飽和結合又は反応性官能基が化学結合することにより、前記薄膜を形成するとともに、前記薄膜内の無機微粒子のシランモノマーの不飽和結合又は反応性官能基と前記基体の表面部とが化学結合することにより、前記基体と前記薄膜とが固定されてなることを特徴とする塵離れ性に優れた帯電性フィルター用部材。 - 前記薄膜は、
モノマー、オリゴマー、ポリマーからなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの誘電性を有する化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塵離れ性に優れた帯電性フィルター用部材。 - 前記薄膜は、
表面上に、前記誘電性を有する化合物を含んでなる被膜が形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の塵離れ性に優れた帯電性フィルター用部材。 - 前記薄膜は、
前記無機微粒子が単一または複数で島状に点在することにより形成された空隙部を有し、該空隙部を介して前記基体の表面の一部が露出することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の塵離れ性に優れた帯電性フィルター用部材。 - 前記化学結合は、
グラフト重合であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の塵離れ性に優れた帯電性フィルター用部材。 - 前記グラフト重合は、
放射線グラフト重合であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の塵離れ性に優れた帯電性フィルター用部材。
