Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、軸の軸受組立体、及びこの軸受組立体を備える工業用歯車ユニット30に関する。軸受組立体34は、軸35に軸方向に隔てて取り付けられた2つの円すいころ軸受を備え、軸受は、軸受の各々のころの直径が他方の対の軸受から離れる方向に向けて増大するO字形の配置状態に方位決めされている。歯車ユニット30において、円すいころ軸受の外側カップは、ハウジング11に形成された当接肩部32によって位置決めすることができる一方、円すいころの内側コーンは、軸35のねじ付き端部分に配置した固定ナット40により、又は軸35の環状溝内に配置されたとめ輪61によって位置決めすることができる。

Description
図1には、高速度入力軸12及び低速度出力軸13を支持するハウジング11を有する歯車ユニット10が図示されている。各々、既知の仕方にて歯付きピニオン16及び歯付き歯車17が設けられた2つの中間軸14、15の組立体が軸12、13の間に設けられている。

Claims (4)
- 入力軸と、出力軸と、該入力軸及び該出力軸の間の少なくとも1つの中間軸とを回転可能に支持するハウジングを備えた歯車組立体であって、該入力軸と出力軸との間でトルクを伝達するために2つの歯付き歯車が中間軸に固定されており、該中間軸は軸上にて軸方向に隔てて取り付けられた一対の円すいころ軸受によってのみ支持されており、該ハウジングは当該歯車組立体内で一対の円すいころ軸受の外側軸受カップが当接する一対の軸方向外方に面する当接面を形成されており、該中間軸の各端部には、少なくとも1つの円すいころ軸受の内側コーンが他方の軸受から離れて軸方向外方に動くのを防止する手段を備え、該一対の円すいころ軸受は、各軸受のころの直径が対の他方の軸受に対し離れる方向に増大するように方位決めされた、歯車組立体。
- 請求項1に記載の歯車組立体において、少なくとも1つの円すいころ軸受の軸方向外方の軸の少なくとも一端部分には、ねじ部が設けられ、該ねじ部が、円すいころ軸受の内側コーンの軸方向外方に面する部分と接触した軸方向内方に面する当接面を有する固定ナットを支承して、内側コーンが他方の軸受から離れて軸方向外方に動くのが防止されるようにした、歯車組立体。
- 請求項1に記載の歯車組立体において、少なくとも1つの円すいころ軸受の軸方向外
方で且つ該少なくとも1つの円すい軸受に近接する軸の少なくとも一端部分には、軸の環状溝内に配置されたとめ輪が設けられ、該とめ輪が、円すいころ軸受の一方又は双方の内側コーンの外方に面する面と接触した内方に面する当接面を有し、これにより、コーンが他方の軸受から離れて軸方向外方に動くのを防止するようにした、歯車組立体。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の歯車組立体において、中間軸が硬化処理した表面を有する、歯車組立体。
