Abstract
【解決手段】 予め水とナトリウム系ベントナイトを混練し、該ナトリウム系ベントナイトを膨潤させてスラリーを作成し、その作成されたスラリーはナトリウム系ベントナイトの膨潤率が該ナトリウム系ベントナイトの液性限界付近とされ、作成されたスラリーを所定時間静置させたことを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 予め水とベントナイトを混練し、該ベントナイトを膨潤させてスラリーを作成し、その作成されたスラリーは前記ベントナイトの膨潤率が該ベントナイトの液性限界付近とされ、
前記作成されたスラリーを所定時間静置させたことを特徴とするベントナイトスラリーの製造方法。 - 前記作成されたスラリーは前記ベントナイトの膨潤率が該ベントナイトの液性限界±100重量%の範囲としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベントナイトスラリーの製造方法。
- 前記作成されたスラリーに予め多孔質材料や繊維質材料を混練することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベントナイトスラリーの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の製造方法により製造されたベントナイトスラリーと、モルタルまたはコンクリートとを混練して硬化させたことを特徴とする保水性セメント硬化体の製造方法。
- 前記ベントナイトスラリーの混入率は、5体積%以上、且つ30体積%以下としたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の保水性セメント硬化体の製造方法。
- 前記モルタルまたはコンクリートに予め繊維質材料を混練したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の保水性セメント硬化体の製造方法。
