Abstract
【解決手段】駆動装置2を有する手持ち式電動装置において、それぞれ終端素子12を設けた2個の整流子端部10間に長手方向長さLを有して駆動ハウジング6内に配置したステータ8と、少なくとも1個の永久磁石16を有し、ステータ8および終端素子12によって画定する収容空間20内に備え、かつ駆動シャフト18によって終端素子12に回転可能に支持したロータ14と、駆動シャフト18に動作可能に連結し、駆動ハウジング6のハウジング内面26ステータ外面28との間において、冷却空気流Kを一方のステータ端部10から他方のステータ端部10まで発生させるファン22と、ステータ外面28に複数個の跳ね返し面32とを設ける。これら跳ね返し面32をステータ8の長手方向軸線Lに直交するように延在させる。

Claims (5)
- 駆動装置(2)を設けた手持ち式電動装置であって、
それぞれ終端素子(12)を設けた2個のステータ端部(10)の間における長手方向長さ(L)を有し、駆動ハウジング(6)内に配置した整流子(8)と、
少なくとも1個の永久磁石(16)を有し、前記ステータ(8)および前記終端素子(12)によって画定する収容空間(20)内で駆動シャフト(18)によって前記終端素子(12)に回転支持したロータ(14)と、
駆動シャフト(18)に動作可能に連結したファン(22)であって、このファン(22)によって前記駆動ハウジング(6)のハウジング内面(26)とステータ(8)のステータ外面(28)との間に、冷却空気流(K)を一方のステータ端部(10)から他方のステータ端部(10)まで発生させる該ファン(22)と
を備えた該電動装置において、
前記ステータ外面(28)に多数個の跳ね返し面(32)を構成し、この跳ね返し面(32)をステータ(8)の長手方向長さ(L)に直交するように延在させたことを特徴とする電動装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、ステータ外面(28)に複数個の長手方向フィン(30)を設け、これら長手方向フィン(30)をステータ(8)の長手方向長さ(L)に平行に延在させ、前記跳ね返し面(32)を前記長手方向フィン(30)における切欠き(34)によって構成した電動装置。
- 請求項2記載の装置において、複数個の互いに隣接させた長手方向フィン(30)を設け、これら長手方向フィン(30)における跳ね返し面(32)を、ステータ(8)の長手方向長さ(L)に関して互いに変位させて設けた電動装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、ステータに複数個のコイル溝(36)を設け、このコイル溝(36)内にそれぞれ溝絶縁体(42)を設け、この溝絶縁体(42)を最大でもステータ(8)の長手方向長さ(L)の半分の長さに渡って延在させた電動装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、ステータ(8)に複数個のウェブ(38)上に支持したステータコイル(40)を設け、このステータコイル(40)とウェブ(38)によって生ずる間隙に熱伝導可能な材料を部分的に注入した電動装置。
