Abstract
Description
1.YAG:2%CeとYAG:1%Prを備えた白色LED
70-80%のYAG:2%Ceと20-30%のYAG:1%Prとの蛍光体混合物がシリコーン先駆物質の中に浮遊され、重合化触媒が加えられ、この懸濁液の液滴が460nmの光を放射するInGaN系LEDチップ上に落とされる。プラスチックのキャップがLEDを密封し、シリコーンが約1時間重合される。3つの異なったコーティング厚さに対するLEDのスペクトラムを図3に示す。
70-80%の(Y,Gd)AG:2%Ceと20-30%の(Y,Gd)AG:1%Prとの蛍光体混合物がシリコーン先駆物質の中に浮遊され、重合化触媒が加えられ、この懸濁液の液滴が460nmの光を放射するInGaN系LEDチップ上に落とされる。プラスチックのキャップがLEDを密封し、シリコーンが約1時間重合される。2つの異なったコーティング厚さに対するLEDのスペクトラムを図4に示す。

Claims (10)
- 主放射を放射することができる放射源と、前記主放射を電磁スペクトラムの黄色の範囲内の広帯域放射に変換することができる第一の蛍光体、および前記主放射を前記電磁スペクトラムの赤色と緑色の範囲内の複数の狭帯域放射に変換することができる第二の蛍光体の混合物を備える発光材料と、を備える照明システム。
- 前記放射源が、380nmから490nmまでの波長範囲内にピーク放射の波長を持つ主放射を放射することができる、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記放射源が発光ダイオードである、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第一の広帯域蛍光体が、Ce(III)と、第二の活性化イオンを含むCe(III)のグループから選択された活性化イオンを備える前記蛍光体から選ばれた、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第一の広帯域蛍光体が、ガーネット・ホスト格子を備えた前記Ce(III)で活性化された蛍光体から選ばれた、請求項4に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第二の複数の狭帯域蛍光体が、Pr(III)と、第二の活性化イオンを含むPr(III)の前記グループから選択された活性化材を備える前記蛍光体から選ばれた、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第二の複数の狭帯域蛍光体が、酸素および/またはフッ素を備えるホスト格子を備える前記プラセオジウム(III)で活性化された蛍光体から選ばれた、請求項6に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第二の複数の狭帯域蛍光体が、一般式(Y1-x-yGdxLuy)3(Al1-aGaa)5O12 (0≦x≦1、0≦y≦1、0≦a≦1)によって定義されるガーネットから選ばれたホスト格子を備えた前記蛍光体から選ばれた、請求項6に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第一の蛍光体と前記第二の蛍光体の重量比が、95:5から75:25までの範囲である、請求項6に記載の照明システム。
- 前記電磁スペクトラムの黄色の領域内での広帯域の光を放射できる第一の蛍光体を備える第一の構成要素と、前記電磁スペクトラムの複数の狭帯域光を放射することができる第二の蛍光体を備える第二の構成要素との混合物を備える、発光材料。
