Description
5本のストランドの編組ロープを、約3.4N/texの靭性および約120N/texの弾性率を有する、超高モル質量ポリエチレンから作製されたダイニーマ(Dyneema)(登録商標)SK75 1760dtexマルチフィラメントヤーン(オランダのDSMダイニーマBV(DSM Dyneema BV,NL)から入手可能)から作製した。まず、12本のストランドのトルクバランスの取れた編組ロープを、(3×7)×1760dtex SK75ヤーンからなる、撚り合わせられたロープヤーンから作製した。次に、直径約11mmのこれらの編組されたストランドのうちの5本を、1オーバー2、1アンダー2構造で編組して、ロープの幅の約6.4倍のピッチ長(編組周期)を有する、幅約26.4mmおよび高さ約16.8mmの(10トンの荷重における)寸法を有する、断面が楕円形のロープにした。ロープを塗料Aで被覆した。
様々な編組ロープをダイニーマ(登録商標)SK75ヤーンから作製した。全て、実施例1のロープ(すなわち約222g/m)に類似した繊度(および相当直径)を有するが、ただし異なる構造のものである。他の変数は、ロープに塗布される塗料の種類であった。
Claims (13)
- 編組された一次ストランドから本質的になる、折り返し滑車用途のための編組ロープであって、前記ストランドの量がn本であり、前記ストランドが高分子フィラメントで作製されている編組ロープにおいて、
アスペクト比が1.2〜4.0の範囲にある楕円形の断面を有することを特徴とする編組ロープ。 - 前記断面のアスペクト比が約1.3〜3.0である請求項1に記載の編組ロープ。
- 前記一次ストランドの数nが3〜12である請求項1または2に記載の編組ロープ。
- 前記ロープは、nが5または7である蛇腹組紐である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の編組ロープ。
- 前記ロープの相当直径が少なくとも20mmである請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の編組ロープ。
- 前記ロープの相当直径が少なくとも30mmである請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の編組ロープ。
- 前記ロープが高強度フィラメントを含む請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の編組ロープ。
- 前記一次ストランドがHMPEフィラメントから本質的になる請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の編組ロープ。
- 前記ロープが塗料をさらに含む請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の編組ロープ。
- 1オーバー2、1アンダー2構造の5本のストランドから本質的になる、折り返し滑車用途のための編組ロープであって、前記ロープが少なくとも20mmの相当直径を有し、少なくとも2.5N/texの靭性を有する高性能ポリエチレンフィラメントで作製された編組ストランドから本質的になる編組ロープ。
- 折り返し滑車用途における耐荷重部材としての、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の編組ロープの使用。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のロープと少なくとも1つの滑車とを含むシステム。
- 1つの8の字型の軌道内でキャリヤを搬送するための、n個のノッチをそれぞれが有する2つの逆方向に回転するホーンギア/ホーンドッグを用いて、n個のキャリヤからn本の一次ストランドを編組する工程を含み、nが3以上の奇数である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のロープの作製方法。
