Abstract
Description
図1、2に代表されるろ過装置1は主にオイル若しくは燃料のような流体をろ過するために内燃機関で使用されている。ろ過装置1にはほぼカップ形状でカバーディスク3によって閉塞するプラスティック製のフィルタハウジング2を備える。フィルタハウジング2の内部に挿入されるフィルタエレメント4は中が空洞の円筒形状で、フィルタエレメント4の内部に設けられたプラスティック製の中央支持部材5で支持されている。フィルタエレメント4は外部が入口側12、内部が清浄側13となるように外から中に向って放射状半径中心に向けて流体が流れるようになっている。
Claims (17)
- フィルタハウジング(2)に挿入可能なフィルタエレメント(4)と、前記ハウジングを閉じるカバーディスク(3)を備えた、特に内燃機関において流体をろ過するためのろ過装置において、前記カバーディスク(3)は流路連結部(8)により連結される2枚のディスク(6、7)から成り、前記2枚のディスク(6、7)と前記流路連結部(8)は1つのプラスティック部材として形成されることを特徴とするろ過装置。
- 前記カバーディスク(3)と各ディスク(6、7)は、カバーディスク(3)と共に1部品として形成される連結バーで連結されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のろ過装置。
- 前記各ディスク(6、7)のうちの1枚が前記フィルタエレメント(4)の軸端面側に直接取り付けられるフロントディスクであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のろ過装置。
- 前記ディスク(6)は例えば溶接や接着剤によって前記フィルタエレメント(4)の軸端面側に固定して連結されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のろ過装置。
- 前記カバーディスク(3)のうち前記フィルタエレメント(4)に離れて面するほうのディスク(7)に、少なくとも1のフィルタエレメント(4)の方向に開口するアンチドレーン弁(10)が挿設されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のろ過装置。
- 前記アンチドレーン弁(10)はダックビル弁として形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のろ過装置。
- 前記フィルタエレメント(4)に隣接した前記ディスク(6)に周方向に延びる長孔として形成された流体貫通孔(11)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のろ過装置。
- 前記フィルタエレメント(4)の軸端面に設置されるフロントディスク(26)にはフィルタエレメント(4)の入口側と清浄側(12、13)の間のオーバーフロー開口(23)が設けられ、該オーバーフロー開口(23)を閉じるオーバーフロー弁(22)は前記入口側(12)の圧力が閾値を越えた場合に開位置へと移動することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のろ過装置。
- 前記カバーディスク(3)の流路連結部(8)には連結雌ネジ(9)が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のろ過装置。
- 前記連結雌ネジ(9)のネジ底は楕円形状であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のろ過装置。
- 前記フィルタエレメント(4)は中空円筒状で放射状に流体が通過するように形成され、前記カバーディスク(3)の流路連結部(8)は前記フィルタエレメント(4)の内部に連通することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のろ過装置。
- 前記フィルタエレメント(4)の入口側と清浄側の間にオーバーフロー弁が配置されて前記フィルタエレメント(4)の入口側の流体圧が閾値を越えると開位置へと移動することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載のろ過装置。
- 前記オーバーフロー弁の弁体はチューブ状シール部材(17)として設計して、流体開口(18)を備えた入口側と清浄側の間に配置される円筒状支持体の前記清浄側に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項12記載のろ過装置。
- 前記オーバーフロー弁(22)はバルブスプリング(25)により弁座に向けて押圧される調整可能な弁体(24)より成り、前記弁体(24)及び前記バルブスプリング(25)はプラスティック製であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のろ過装置。
- 前記弁体(24)を閉方向に押す力を加える前記オーバーフロー弁(22)の前記バルブスプリング(25)は弾性的にバウンスするブロックとして形成し、好ましくはエラストマーブロック、エラストマーベロー、PUR発泡体又はシリコン発泡体からなる発泡スプリングブロックであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のろ過装置。
- ディスク(6)は前記流路連結部(8)から半径方向外側に延びる複数のスポーク(50、50´)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のろ過装置。
- 前記スポーク(50)は前記ディスク(6)の平面に曲線を描き、放射状に弾性変形可能に伸張するという要素だけではなく周方向に弾性変形可能に伸張するという要素も持つことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のろ過装置。
