Claims (12)
- ヒーター・システムにおいて、
加熱面を形成する基板と、
前記加熱面に接して設けられ、少なくとも1抵抗発熱層を形成する積層ヒーターと、
前記加熱面に沿って配置され、前記抵抗発熱層と電気接触している複数の接続点と、
前記複数接続点に接続された複数リード線と、
前記複数リード線を介して複数接続点と通信するマルチプレクサと、
前記マルチプレクサと通信する制御装置とを含み、
しかも、前記マルチプレクサが、抵抗を複数接続点から制御装置へ順序付けて伝送し、前記制御装置が、複数接続点間の抵抗差に基づいて複数接続点の各々へ供給する電力量を制御する、ヒーター・システム。 - 前記抵抗発熱層が、厚膜、薄膜、溶射、ゾル‐ゲルから成る群から選択される積層処理により形成される、請求項1に記載されたヒーター・システム。
- 前記抵抗発熱層がトレース・パターンを形成する、請求項1に記載されたヒーター・システム。
- 前記抵抗発熱層が、事実上加熱面全体にわたる連続的なパターンを形成する、請求項1に記載されたヒーター・システム。
- 更に、複数の加熱区画が含まれ、しかも、各加熱区画が複数接続点を含み、制御装置が、複数接続点間の抵抗差に基づき加熱区画の各々へ供給される電力量を制御する、請求項1に記載されたヒーター・システム。
- 更に、誘電層が含まれ、該誘電層が、抵抗発熱層に接して形成されるが、複数接続点全体にわたっては形成されていない、請求項1に記載されたヒーター・システム。
- 前記加熱面が外縁部を画成し、ヒーター・システムが、更に、前記外縁部に沿って配置された複数バス・バーを含み、該バス・バーが抵抗発熱層と電気接触しており、
しかも、前記制御装置が、複数バス・バー間の抵抗差に基づいて複数バス・バーに供給される電力量を制御する、請求項1に記載されたヒーター・システム。 - 加熱される調理グリルにおいて、
調理面を形成するグリル体及び調理面と反対側の加熱面と、
前記加熱面に接して設けられ、少なくとも1抵抗発熱層を形成する積層ヒーターと、
前記加熱面に沿って配置され、かつ抵抗発熱層と電気接触している複数の接続点とを含み、
しかも、前記複数接続点間の抵抗差を検出することで、調理面に載せられる積載物の関数として所要電力が複数接続点へ供給される、加熱調理グリル。 - ヒーター・システムにおいて、
上側基板と、
下側基板と、
これら上側と下側の基板間に配置された抵抗発熱材料と、
前記下側基板に電気接続された電圧源とを含み、
しかも、前記抵抗発熱材料が、正の温度係数の材料で形成され、これにより積載物が上側基板上に置かれると、抵抗発熱材料が、積載物の最も近くに電流を増大させる、ヒーター・システム。 - 積載物に反応して加熱面への電力を制御する方法において、
加熱面に沿って配置され、かつ積層ヒーターの抵抗発熱層と電気接触している複数接続点間の抵抗差を測定する作業と、
抵抗差の関数として電力を複数接続点へ選択的に供給する作業とを含む、積載物に反応して加熱面への電力を制御する方法。 - 予め定めた電力分布を抵抗差の関数として複数接続点へ供給する、請求項10に記載された方法。
- ソフトウェアにより抵抗差を検出する、請求項10に記載された方法。
