Description

Claims (30)
- 管状のカテーテル本体の近位端から延びる第1の作動ワイヤを備える、前記本体の遠位端を偏向させるためのカテーテル作動ハンドルであって、
前記本体の前記近位端に連結される把持部と、
前記把持部に移動可能に連結される第1のアクチュエータと、
前記把持部に対して固定された第1の固定歯車ラックと、
前記把持部に対して移動可能であり、前記第1の作動ワイヤに連結される第1の可動歯車ラックと、
前記第1のアクチュエータに連結され、前記第1の固定歯車ラックと前記第1の可動歯車ラックの間に配置され、前記第1の固定歯車ラックと前記第1の可動歯車ラックに係合される第1の小歯車と
を備えるカテーテル作動ハンドル。 - 前記第1のアクチュエータが前記把持部に対して枢動可能である、請求項1に記載のハンドル。
- 前記第1のアクチュエータが前記把持部の長手方向の軸に対して横方向に枢動する、請求項2に記載のハンドル。
- 前記第1のアクチュエータの穴と前記第1の小歯車の穴の間に延びるリンク装置をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のハンドル。
- 前記第1のアクチュエータの前記穴が円弧状のスロットである、請求項4に記載のハンドル。
- 前記第1の小歯車の前記穴が前記第1の小歯車の中心軸と整列されている、請求項4に記載のハンドル。
- 前記第1の小歯車の前記穴が前記第1の小歯車の中心軸から偏位している、請求項4に記載のハンドル。
- 前記把持部に移動可能に連結され、前記本体の前記近位端から延びる第2の作動ワイヤを変位させる第2のアクチュエータをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のハンドル。
- 前記第1のアクチュエータの一部が、前記第2のアクチュエータの一部を通って変位可能である、請求項8に記載のハンドル。
- 前記第2のアクチュエータが、前記把持部に対して長手方向に摺動可能に変位できる、請求項8に記載のハンドル。
- 前記把持部に枢動可能に連結されるレバーを更に備えており、前記レバーは、第1の端部で前記第2のアクチュエータに連結され且つ第2の端部で前記第2の作動ワイヤに連結される、請求項8に記載のハンドル。
- 前記第2のアクチュエータに連結されるケーブルをさらに備えており、前記ケーブルは、前記レバーの前記第1の端部から前記レバーの円弧状の側部の周りに延びている、請求項11に記載のハンドル。
- 前記レバーの前記第2の端部に前記第2の作動ワイヤを連結するリンク装置をさらに備える、請求項12に記載のハンドル。
- 前記リンク装置が、前記把持部に摺動可能に受け入れられ且つ前記第2の作動ワイヤに連結された、摺動ブロックを有している、請求項13に記載のハンドル。
- 前記リンク装置が、前記摺動ブロックと前記第2の端部の間に延びるリンクをさらに有する、請求項14に記載のハンドル。

をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のハンドル。 - 前記第1のアクチュエータが前記把持部に対して枢動可能である、請求項17に記載のハンドル。
- 第1のリンク装置および第2のリンク装置をさらに備え、前記第1のリンク装置が、前記第1のアクチュエータの第1の穴と前記第1の小歯車の穴の間に延びており、前記第2のリンク装置が、前記第1のアクチュエータの第2の穴と前記第2の小歯車の穴の間に延びている、請求項18に記載のハンドル。
- 前記第1のアクチュエータの前記第1および第2の穴が円弧状のスロットである、請求項19に記載のハンドル。
- 前記アクチュエータが中立の枢動位置にあるとき、前記第1の小歯車が前記第1の固定歯車ラックの遠位端に位置決めされ、前記第2の小歯車が前記第2の固定歯車ラックの遠位端に位置決めされる、請求項19に記載のハンドル。
- 前記アクチュエータが前記中立の枢動位置にあるとき、前記第1の小歯車が前記第1の可動歯車ラックの近位部に係合され、前記第2の小歯車が前記第2の歯車ラックの近位部に係合される、請求項21に記載のハンドル。
- 前記アクチュエータが中立の枢動位置にあるとき、前記第1の小歯車が前記第1の固定歯車ラックの中間点の近傍に位置決めされ、前記第2の小歯車が前記第2の固定歯車ラックの中間点の近傍に位置決めされる、請求項19に記載のハンドル。
- 前記アクチュエータが前記中立の枢動位置にあるとき、前記第1の小歯車が前記第1の可動歯車ラックの中間点に係合され、前記第2の小歯車が前記第2の可動歯車ラックの中間点に係合される、請求項23に記載のハンドル。
- 前記把持部に移動可能に連結され、前記本体の前記近位端から延びる第3の作動ワイヤを変位させる第2のアクチュエータをさらに備える、請求項17に記載のハンドル。
- 前記第1のアクチュエータの一部分が前記第2のアクチュエータの一部分を通って変位可能である、請求項25に記載のハンドル。
- 前記第2のアクチュエータが前記把持部に対して長手方向に摺動可能に変位することができる、請求項25に記載のハンドル。
