Claims (10)

加圧流体源と第1及び第2の弁との間に向けられた流体圧力を制御するための比例圧力補償弁(36)と、
加圧流体源と第1及び第2の弁との間に配置された供給通路(60)であって、第1及び第2の弁が平行に供給通路に接続され、比例圧力補償弁が供給通路内に配置される供給通路と、
を含む本体を備える油圧システム。 - さらに、本体が、
第1及び第2の弁の下流に配置された信号通路(62)であって、第1及び第2の弁が信号通路と流体連通している信号通路と、
第1の弁と第2の弁との間の信号通路内に配置されたシャトル弁(74)であって、シャトル弁が流体圧力に応答して加圧流体を信号通路から選択的に通すシャトル弁とを含む、
請求項1に記載の油圧システム。 - 供給通路と信号通路との間に配置された第1の圧力調整通路(66)及び第2の圧力調整通路(68)をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の油圧システム。
- 第1及び第2の圧力調整通路が加圧流体を供給通路から信号通路に通し、
シャトル弁が、加圧流体を第1及び第2の弁の一方から比例圧力補償弁に選択的に通す、
請求項3に記載の油圧システム。 - 第1及び第2の圧力調整通路が加圧流体を供給通路から信号通路に通し、
シャトル弁が、第1及び第2の圧力調整通路の一方からの加圧流体と、第1及び第2の弁の一方からの加圧流体との組み合わせを比例圧力補償弁に選択的に通す、
請求項3に記載の油圧システム。 - さらに、本体が、
第1及び第2の弁の一方からシャトル弁を介して比例圧力補償弁に加圧流体を向けて、流れ通過位置と流れ遮断位置との間で比例圧力補償弁要素(216)を付勢するように構成された第3の流体通路(81)を含む、
請求項2に記載の油圧システム。 - 油圧システム(22)を作動する方法であって、
流体を加圧するステップと、
供給通路(60)を介して、アクチュエータ(16)の第1のチャンバ(50)と連通した第1の弁(26)に加圧流体を向けるステップと、
供給通路を介して、アクチュエータの第2のチャンバ(52)と連通した第2の弁(30)に加圧流体を向けるステップと、
第1及び第2の弁の少なくとも一方を選択的に作動して、アクチュエータを可動するステップと、
第1及び第2の弁の下流に配置された信号通路(62)から圧力補償弁要素(216)に加圧流体を向けるステップと、
供給通路から第1の圧力調整通路(66)及び第2の圧力調整通路(68)を介して信号通路に加圧流体を向けるステップと、
第1及び第2の弁の一方の入口と信号通路との間の圧力差に応答して圧力補償弁要素を移動して、第1及び第2の弁の少なくとも一方にわたる所定の差を、所望の圧力差の所定の範囲内に維持するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 圧力に応答して信号通路からシャトル弁(74)を介して圧力補償弁要素に加圧流体を向けるステップをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2の弁の少なくとも一方を選択的に作動するステップが、
第1及び第2の弁の一方の弁要素(200’、208’)を移動して、加圧流体を供給通路からアクチュエータに通し、第1の圧力調整通路の加圧流体の流れを選択的に遮断するステップと、
第1及び第2の弁の他方の弁要素(200’、208’)を移動して、加圧流体を供給通路からアクチュエータに通し、第2の圧力調整通路の加圧流体の流れを選択的に遮断するステップと、
を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 作業機械(10)であって、
作業器具(14)と、
作業器具の可動を補助するように構成された請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の油圧システム(22)と、
を備える作業機械。
