Claims (12)
- 加圧流体源と、
第1のチャンバ及び第2のチャンバを備えた流体アクチュエータと、
前記加圧流体源を第1のチャンバに選択的に流体連通するよう構成された第1の弁と、
前記加圧流体源を第2のチャンバに選択的に流体連通するよう構成された第2の弁と、
第1の弁と第2の弁の弁とを流体的に相互接続する共通流体通路と、
前記加圧流体源と前記共通流体通路との間に設けられ、前記加圧流体源から前記共通流体通路に供給される流体の圧力を、第1の弁または第2の弁の前後の差圧により制御する単一の圧力制御手段と、を有することを特徴とする油圧系統。 - 加圧流体源と、
第1のチャンバ及び第2のチャンバを備えた流体アクチュエータと、
前記加圧流体源を第1のチャンバに選択的に流体連通するよう構成された第1の弁と、
前記加圧流体源を第2のチャンバに選択的に流体連通するよう構成された第2の弁と、
第1の弁と第2の弁とを流体的に相互接続する共通流体通路と、
前記加圧流体源と前記共通流体通路との間に設けられ、前記加圧流体源から前記共通流体通路に供給される流体の圧力を、第1の弁または第2の弁の前後の差圧により制御する単一の圧力制御手段と、を有し、
前記圧力制御手段は、前記第1の弁の上流側の圧力と前記第2の弁の上流側の圧力の内の低い方の圧力と、前記加圧流体源の圧力と、に応じて前記共通流体通路に供給される流体の圧力を制御するよう構成されていることを特徴とする油圧系統。 - 前記圧力制御手段は、前記第1の弁と前記第2の弁との差圧と、前記加圧流体源の圧力と、に応じて前記共通流体通路に供給される流体の圧力を制御するよう構成された比例流量調整弁であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の油圧系統。
- 前記流体アクチュエータは、前記第1の弁を前記第1のチャンバに流体連通させて前記加圧流体源からの流体を前記第1のチャンバに供給することによって第1の方向に動作する一方、前記第2の弁を前記第2のチャンバに流体連通させて前記加圧流体源からの流体を前記第2のチャンバに供給することによって第2の方向に動作することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の油圧系統。
- タンクと、
タンクを第1のチャンバに選択的に流体連通するよう構成された第3の弁と、
タンクを第2のチャンバに選択的に流体連通するよう構成された第4の弁と
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の油圧系統。 - 前記第1の弁を前記第1のチャンバに流体連通させて前記加圧流体源から前記第1のチャンバへと流体を供給すると共に、前記第4の弁を前記第2のチャンバに流体連通させて前記第2のチャンバの流体を前記タンクへと供給することによって、前記流体アクチュエータを第1の方向に動作させ、
前記第2の弁を前記第2のチャンバに流体連通させて前記加圧流体源から前記第2のチャンバへと流体を供給すると共に、前記第3の弁を前記第1のチャンバに流体連通させて前記第1のチャンバの流体を前記タンクへと供給することによって、前記流体アクチュエータを第2の方向に動作させることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の油圧系統。 - 前記加圧流体源と前記第1及び第2の弁との間に配置された第1流体通路をさらに含み、
前記第1及び第2の弁は、前記第1の流体通路へと並列に接続され、かつ前記比例流量調整弁は、第1の流体通路と前記加圧流体源との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の油圧系統。 - 第2の流体通路をさらに備え、
比例流量調整弁は、流体通過位置と流体遮断位置との間で移動可能な弁要素を含み、前記第2の流体通路は、前記流体通過位置と前記流体遮断位置のいずれか一方に向けてバルブ要素を付勢するために、前記比例流量調整弁と前記第1の流体通路との間から前記比例流量調整弁へと流体を方向付けるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の油圧系統。 - 第1及び第2の弁の下流に配置された第3の流体通路であって、前記第1、第2の弁は前記第3の流体通路に連通している第3の流体通路と、
前記第1及び第2の弁の間の第3の流体通路内に配置されたシャトル弁であって、第1の弁からの加圧流体が通過する第1の位置と、前記第2の弁からの加圧流体が通過する第2の位置との間で移動可能であるシャトル弁と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の油圧系統。 - 前記シャトル弁を介して、比例流量調整弁要素を前記流体通過位置と流体遮断位置の他方へ向けて比例流量調整弁を付勢するために、第1と第2の弁の一方から前記比例流体調整弁へと加圧流体を方向付けるよう構成される第4の流体通路を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の油圧系統。
- 流体を加圧することと、
加圧流体を第1の弁を介してアクチュエータの第1のチャンバに向けることと、
加圧流体を第2の弁を介してアクチュエータの第2のチャンバに向けることと、
第1の及び第2の弁の少なくとも1つを選択的に操作して、アクチュエータを動かすことと、
前記流体を加圧する加圧流体源と前記共通流体通路との間に設けられた単一の比例流量調整弁体を動かして、前記加圧流体源から前記共通流体通路に供給される流体の圧力を、第1の弁または第2の弁の前後の差圧により制御することと、を含み、
前記比例流量調整弁体は、前記第1の弁の上流側の圧力と前記第2の弁の上流側の圧力の内の低い方の圧力と、前記加圧流体源の圧力と、に応じて所望の圧力の所定の範囲内に、第1の及び第2の弁に供給された流体の圧力を維持することを特徴とする油圧系統を操作する方法。 - 作業用具と、
油圧系統と
を有する作業機械であって、該油圧系統が、
加圧流体源と、
タンクと、
第1のチャンバ及び第2のチャンバを備え、かつ作業用具を動かすよう構成された流体アクチュエータと、
前記加圧流体源を第1のチャンバに選択的に流体連通するよう構成された第1の弁と、
前記加圧流体源を第2のチャンバに選択的に流体連通するよう構成された第2の弁と、
第1の弁と第2の弁の弁とを流体的に相互接続する共通流体通路と、
前記加圧流体源と前記共通流体通路との間に設けられ、前記加圧流体源から前記共通流体通路に供給される流体の圧力を、第1の弁または第2の弁の前後の差圧により制御するよう構成された比例流量調整弁と、
第1のチャンバをタンクに選択的に流体連通するよう構成された第3の弁と、
第2のチャンバをタンクに選択的に流体連通するよう構成された第4の弁と、
を含み、
前記比例流量調整弁体は、前記第1の弁の上流側の圧力と前記第2の弁の上流側の圧力の内の低い方の圧力と、前記加圧流体源の圧力と、に応じて所望の圧力の所定の範囲内に第1の及び第2の弁に供給された流体の圧力を維持することを特徴とする作業機械。
