Abstract
Description
1.出発材料であるセメント、骨材および水を混合する工程(いわゆる練り)、
2.セメントのり、フレッシュモルタルまたはフレッシュコンクリートと称される前記の混合物を型に流し、かつ少なくとも機械的に振とうすることによって圧縮させる工程、
3.部材が比較的長い時間をかけて、周囲の型を除去することができるまで硬化する工程。
1.成形部材の最終強度をもたらすケイ酸カルシウム、その水和反応生成物、および
2.加工性および初期強度を制御するアルミン酸カルシウム、アルミン酸カルシウム鉄酸塩および硫酸カルシウム。
− セメントを含有する結合剤の製造は、高温(たとえばCEM Iに関しては1450℃)を必要とし、このことにより高いエネルギーコストが条件付けられる。

[上記式中でηは液体の粘度を表し、Vはその速度を表し、εrはその相対誘電率を表し、かつEは電界を表す]により記載され、これはイオンの移動度の基準である。

− 簡単な原料組成。
基礎となるC−S−H系のための出発材料として、
− アエロジルの形のSiO2、
− CaCO3から新鮮に焼成され、保護ガス下で冷却されたCaO、
− 煮沸され、二回蒸留されたH2O。
− 水酸化アルミニウムAl(OH)3の形のAl2O3、
− CaSO4。
試験目的のために、粉末から引き続き部材(試験体)を、直径約1.3cmを有するタブレットの形で製造した。タブレットのために300〜500mgの材料を秤量した。粉末はそのつど、真空圧縮装置中、20kN(10kN〜120kNの間の値が可能である)の力で圧縮したが、これは前記の直径の場合、約140MPaの圧力に相応した。
Claims (10)
- 以下の工程
a)酸化カルシウムCaOと二酸化珪素SiO2とを含有する固体から水性懸濁液を製造する工程、その際、Ca:Siのモル比に関しては0.5:1.0〜2.5:1.0の値が選択される、
b)温度が100℃を超えることなく前記水性懸濁液を粉砕する工程、この工程によりナノ結晶質のC−S−H相が形成される、
c)水相を分離する工程、
d)前記ナノ結晶質のC−S−H相を含有する残留物を取り出し、かつ乾燥する工程、この工程により粉末状の生成物が得られる、
e)乾燥した粉末を型に充填し、かつ圧力を加える工程、この工程により前記粉末が圧縮されて部材となる、
f)型を除去する工程
を有する、部材の製造方法。 - Ca:Siのモル比に関して0.5:1.0〜1.0:1.0の値を選択することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 焼成石灰または水酸化カルシウムを含有するスラリーを、酸化カルシウムを含有する固体として添加することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- アエロジル、ケイ酸、ケイソウ土、水ガラス溶液、マイクロシリカ、廃棄物焼却または高炉法からの粒状シンダーまたはスラッグを、二酸化珪素を含有する固体として添加することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- 工程a)の間もしくは工程a)の後で、または工程d)の後で、骨材またはその他の固体もしくは液状の添加物を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- アルミニウム含有化合物を添加することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
- 硫黄含有化合物を添加することを特徴とする、請求項5または6記載の方法。
- 50MPa〜500MPaの圧力を加えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 100MPa〜200MPaの圧力を加えることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の方法。
- 部材が、0.5g/cm3〜3.0g/cm3の密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
