Claims (15)
- 有害成分を吸着することが可能な吸着機能と蓄熱機能とを同時に有する熱交換媒体、および前記熱交換媒体を支持および回転させるための熱交換媒体収容部を備え、
前記熱交換媒体は、空気が吸気される吸気領域、空気が排気される排気領域、および吸気領域と排気領域との間に設け且つ有害成分を濃縮して除去する濃縮脱着領域の3つ以上の領域に分割される回転式ローターと、
前記回転式ローターを回転させる駆動手段とを含むことを特徴とする、エネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。 - 前記濃縮脱着領域に流入する脱着空気を加熱する加熱手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。
- 前記回転式ローターの濃縮脱着領域における脱着は、紫外線照射によって行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。
- 前記回転式ローターの濃縮脱着領域における脱着は、音波によって行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。
- 前記回転式ローターの濃縮脱着領域における脱着は、減圧空気によって行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。
- 前記回転式ローターは、前記濃縮脱着領域と前記吸気領域との間に、脱着のために加熱された前記熱交換媒体を冷却するための冷却領域をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のエネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。
- 前記冷却領域から流出する流出空気が、前記濃縮脱着領域に流入することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のエネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。
- 前記熱交換媒体は、蓄熱機能の高いコーディエライト素材、折曲型セラミックシート、アルミナ、シリカ、高分子樹脂、アルミニウム、ステンレス、アスベスト、および天然繊維よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか1種の素材または選ばれた素材間の複合素材を蓄熱素材として用い、ここに吸着機能のあるゼオライト、活性炭、活性炭素繊維、アルミナ、シリカ、光触媒、および低温酸化触媒よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか1種の素材または選ばれた素材間の複合素材をコートし、あるいは両者を添加して製造したものから構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。
- 前記熱交換媒体は、蓄熱性能の高いゼオライト、活性炭、活性炭素繊維、アルミナ、およびシリカよりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の素材から構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。
- 前記熱交換媒体は、蜂の巣型または折曲型の低圧損型構造、網状型構造、または熱交換媒体を一定の形状に成形した後、充填した形態で使用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。
- 前記熱交換媒体は、蓄熱層および吸着層からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。
- 蓄熱媒体層は、コーディエライト素材、折曲型セラミックシート、アルミナ、シリカ、高分子樹脂、アルミニウム、ステンレス、アスベスト、および天然繊維よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか1種の素材または選ばれた素材間の複合素材を含み、
前記吸着層は、ゼオライト、活性炭、活性炭素繊維、アルミナ、シリカ、光触媒、および低温酸化触媒よりなる群から選ばれたいずれか1種の素材または選ばれた素材間の複合素材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のエネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。 - 前記熱交換媒体は、蜂の巣型または折曲型の低圧損型構造、網状型構造、または熱交換媒体を一定の形状に成形した後、充填した形態で使用することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のエネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。
- 有害物質排出側で前記熱交換媒体と気密接触し、前記熱交換媒体の3つ以上の領域に対応して前記各領域が互いに独立した流路を形成するようにする複数の分離板、および前記分離板によって形成された前記流路を介しての空気の流出入のための複数の導管を取り付けた内部導管部と、
前記有害物質排出側の反対側で前記熱交換媒体と気密接触し、前記熱交換媒体の3つ以上の領域に対応して前記各領域が前記内部導管部と連通して互いに独立した流路を形成するようにする複数の分離板、および形成された前記流路を介しての空気の流出入のための複数の導管が取り付けた外部導管部とをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。 - 有害成分を吸着することが可能な吸着機能と蓄熱機能とを同時に有する熱交換媒体、および前記熱交換媒体を支持するための熱交換媒体収容部を備え、前記熱交換媒体は、空気が吸気される空気領域、空気が排気される排気領域、および吸気領域と排気領域との間に設け且つ悪臭、揮発性有機化合物または有害成分を濃縮して除去する濃縮脱着領域の3つ以上の領域に分割される熱交換媒体部と、
前記熱交換媒体部にそれぞれ取り付け、外気を流入し内気を排出するために前記熱交換媒体の各領域が互いに独立した流路を形成するように複数の開口を備える回転可能な分配板とを備えることを特徴とする、エネルギー蓄熱回収型有害物質処理設備。
