Abstract
【解決手段】内部に形成されたキャビティを有するカプセルと、カプセルのキャビティ内に配設された圧力変換器とを備える、圧力モジュールが提供される。カプセルに固定状態に連結されたフィードスルーピンは、カプセル内へ伸長し且つ圧力変換器に電気的に連結される。

Claims (20)
- 医療リードが組み込まれた圧力センサモジュールであって、
内部に形成されたキャビティを有するカプセルと、
前記カプセルのキャビティ内に配設された圧力変換器と、
前記カプセル内へ伸長し前記カプセルに固定状態に連結されたフィードスルーピンとを備え、
前記フィードスルーピンは前記圧力変換器に電気的に連結される、圧力センサモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の圧力センサモジュールであって、
前記フィードスルーピンと前記圧力変換器との間に連結された可撓性の導体を更に備える、圧力センサモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の圧力センサモジュールであって、前記圧力変換器は、前記カプセルの前記キャビティ内において懸架される、圧力センサモジュール。
- 請求項3に記載の圧力センサモジュールであって、
前記キャビティ内に配設され且つ、前記圧力変換器を取り囲む生物適合性媒体を更に備える、圧力センサモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の圧力センサモジュールであって、前記圧力変換器は、その上に配設された不動態化層を含む、圧力センサモジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の圧力センサモジュールであって、前記フィードスルーピンを前記カプセルから絶縁し得るよう前記カプセルの壁内にて固定状態に連結された絶縁性フェルールを更に備える、圧力センサモジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の圧力センサモジュールであって、
前記カプセルの回りに配設された外側ハウジングであって、前記キャビティと流体的に連通して貫通する開口部を有する、前記外側ハウジングを更に備える、圧力センサモジュール。 - 請求項7に記載の圧力センサモジュールであって、
加えられた圧力を伝達し得るよう少なくとも前記開口部の上に配設された弾性的隔膜を更に備える、圧力センサモジュール。 - 請求項7に記載の圧力センサモジュールであって、
前記外側ハウジングの回りにある可撓性の外側シースであって、前記開口部の上に配設された部分を有し且つ、前記部分に加えられた圧力に応答可能な前記可撓性の外側シースを更に備える、圧力センサモジュール。 - ワイヤー導体を有する医療リード内において使用される圧力センサモジュールであって、
内部に形成されたキャビティを有するカプセルと、
前記カプセルの前記キャビティ内に配設された生物適合性媒体と、
前記生物適合性媒体内に配設された圧力変換器と、
前記カプセルに固定状態に連結され、ワイヤー導体に連結し得る形態とされた第一の端部と、前記圧力変換器に撓み可能に連結された前記第二の端部とを有するフィードスルーピンと、を備える、圧力センサモジュール。 - 請求項10に記載の圧力センサモジュールであって、
前記フィードスルーピンの前記第二の端部と前記圧力変換器との間に連結された可撓性の導体を更に備える、圧力センサモジュール。 - 請求項10に記載の圧力センサモジュールであって、前記圧力変換器は、その上に配設された不動態化層を含む、圧力センサモジュール。
- 請求項10に記載の圧力センサモジュールであって、
前記フィードスルーピンを前記カプセルから絶縁し得るよう前記カプセルの壁内にて固定状態に連結された絶縁性フェルールを更に備える、圧力センサモジュール。 - 請求項13に記載の圧力センサモジュールであって、
前記カプセルの回りに配設された外側ハウジングを更に備え、該外側ハウジングは前記キャビティと流体的に連通し貫通する開口部を有する、圧力センサモジュール。 - 請求項14に記載の圧力センサモジュールであって、
加えられた圧力を伝達し得るよう少なくとも前記開口部の上に配設された可撓性隔膜を更に備える、圧力センサモジュール。 - 請求項14に記載の圧力センサモジュールであって、
前記外側ハウジングの回りにある可撓性の外側シースを更に備え、該外側シースは前記開口部の上に配設された部分を有し且つ該部分に加えられた圧力に応答可能である、圧力センサモジュール。 - 圧力センサモジュールを製造する方法であって、
変換器をカプセルのキャビティ内に撓み可能に取り付けるステップと、
圧力変換器及びカプセルに固定状態に連結されたフィードスルーピンの間に導体を接合するステップとを含む、圧力センサモジュールを製造する方法。 - 請求項17に記載の方法であって、
生物適合性媒体をカプセルのキャビティ内に堆積させるステップを更に含む、方法。 - 請求項18に記載の方法であって、取り付けるステップは、圧力変換器を生物適合性媒体内に配置するステップを含む、方法。
- 請求項17に記載の方法であって、前記取り付けるステップは、
前記フィードスルーピンを前記カプセルの壁を通して絶縁性フェルールにより前記カプセルから絶縁するステップと、
絶縁性フェルール、フィードスルーピン及びカプセルを加熱してフィードスルーピンを絶縁性フェルールに及び絶縁性フェルールをカプセルに固定状態に連結するステップとを含む、方法。
