Claims (13)
- 流れ場プレート(19)が、当該流れ場プレートの中央に形成されたセンター孔(5)と、当該流れ場プレートの外縁近くの二つの位置に形成された流入孔(6)及び流出孔(7)と、当該流れ場プレートの一方の側において前記センター孔(5)から放射状に延びる流れ溝とを備えていることを特徴とする流れ場プレート。
- 前記流れ場プレート(19)が円形、矩形又は楕円形である請求項1に記載の流れ場プレート。
- 前記流入孔(6)及び流出孔(7)の各々の位置が前記センター孔(5)に対して対称である請求項1に記載の流れ場プレート。
- 前記流れ溝が直線形又は蛇行形である請求項1に記載の流れ場プレート。
- 前記流れ場プレートの前記一方の側における全ての流れ溝の底の総面積の、当該流れ場プレートの全表面積に対する比が、1/3から4/5の範囲にある請求項1に記載の流れ場プレート。
- 前記流れ場プレートの前記一方の側における流れ溝の深さの、当該流れ場プレートの厚さに対する比が、1/5から1/2の範囲にある請求項1に記載の流れ場プレート。
- 前記流れ場プレートの一方の側において前記流入孔(6)及び流出孔(7)の周囲にそれぞれ設けられたシール部材(8)を更に備えている請求項1に記載の流れ場プレート。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の流れ場プレート(19)を備えていることを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。
- 前記燃料電池スタックが更に、終板(15及び16)、電流伝導板(17及び18)、膜電極(20)並びにシール部材(8)を備え、
前記終板(15及び16)、電流伝導板(17及び18)並びに膜電極(20)の各々の中央にはセンター孔(51,52,53,54及び55)が形成され、
前記終板(16)、電流伝導板(18)及び膜電極(20)の各々が、前記流れ場プレート(19)の流入孔(6)にそれぞれ対応する流入孔(28,11及び13)、並びに、前記流れ場プレート(19)の流出孔(7)にそれぞれ対応する流出孔(29,12及び14)を備え、
前記シール部材(8)が、前記センター孔(5)から放射状に延びる流れ溝を持った流れ場プレート(19)の一方の側の前記流入孔(6)及び流出孔(7)の周囲、並びに、前記流れ場プレート(19)の他方の側の前記センター孔(5)の周囲及び前記流れ場プレートの外縁周辺にそれぞれ設けられている請求項8に記載の燃料電池スタック。 - 前記燃料電池スタックが更に、固定装置を備えている請求項9に記載の燃料電池スタック。
- 前記固定装置が、板(81及び83)並びに前記板(81と83)に接続された板(82)を備え、
前記板(81及び83)がそれぞれ終板(16及び15)にしっかりと装着され、
前記板(81)が、前記終板(16)の流入孔(28)及び流出孔(29)にそれぞれ対応する孔(31及び32)、並びに、前記終板(16)のセンター孔(52)に連通する少なくとも一つの孔(24)を具備してなる、請求項10に記載の燃料電池スタック。 - 前記固定装置が、それぞれの板のセンター孔を貫いたボルト(22)と、前記ボルト(22)の両端に締め付けられるナット(23)とを備えており、前記ナット(23)が開孔(30)を備える請求項10に記載の燃料電池スタック。
- 前記燃料電池スタックは更にナット(23)の外側に設けられた送風機(37)を備え、
前記送風機(37)と相対する別のナット(23)が開孔(30)を備えており、あるいは備えていない、請求項12に記載の燃料電池スタック。
