Description
陽極 CH3OH+H2O→CO2+6H++6e (1)
陰極 3/2O2+6H++6e→3H2O, (2)
陽極と陰極によって次の総括反応を発生する:
CH3OH+3/2O2→CO2+2H2O (3)
陽極2と陰極3の上述電気化学反応は陽極2と陰極3間に電位差を生ませる。陽極2が生んだ電子は陽極2外層に位置するダイバージョン極板4と外部導電体を通って、最後に陰極3によって捕捉されて、陽極2が生んだプロトンはプロトン交換膜1を通って直接的に陰極3に伝送して、このようにして電流を形成した。単量体燃料電池が正常的に作動する時の電圧は0.3V〜1.0Vの間で、より高い電圧とパワーを獲得するために、実際の応用する時にいつも上述の単量体燃料電池を直列接続して電池スタックの形式に構成する。
Claims (14)
- 流れ場プレイトであって、前記流れ場プレイト(19)が流れ場プレイトのセンターに位置するセンター孔(5)と、流れ場プレイトの縁に近づく2つの位置に位置する流入孔(6)及び流出孔(7)を含んで、且つ流れ場プレイトの一面がセンター孔(5)をめぐって分布して且つ流入孔(6)と流出孔(7)と接続するダイバージョン槽を含むことを特徴とする流れ場プレイト。
- 前記流れ場プレイト(19)が円形、矩形或いは楕円形である請求項1に記載の流れ場プレイト。
- 前記流入孔(6)と流出孔(7)の位置がセンター孔(5)を基点として対称である請求項1に記載の流れ場プレイト。
- 前記ダイバージョン槽が流れ場プレイトの形に従って分布する請求項1に記載の流れ場プレイト。
- 前記ダイバージョン槽がアーク線形或いはポリライン形である請求項1に記載の流れ場プレイト。
- 流れ場プレイトの前記面のすべてのダイバージョン槽の槽底面積と全部流れ場プレイトの面積との比率が1/3-4/5である請求項1に記載の流れ場プレイト。
- 流れ場プレイトの前記面のダイバージョン槽の深さと流れ場プレイトの厚さとの比率が1/5-1/2である請求項1に記載の流れ場プレイト。
- 流れ場プレイトの前記面のセンター孔(5)の周囲と流れ場プレイトの外側周辺にそれぞれシールメンバー(8)を設置しておく請求項1に記載の流れ場プレイト。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の流れ場プレイト(19)を含むことを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。
- 前記燃料電池スタックがまた終板(15と16)、電流伝導板(17と18)、膜電極(20)及びシールメンバー(8)を含む;前記終板(15と16)、電流伝導板(17と18)及び膜電極(20)がそれぞれセンターに位置するセンター孔を含む;前記終板(16)、電流伝導板(18)及び膜電極(20)がそれぞれ流れ場プレイト(19)の流入孔(6)と対応する流出孔(28、11、13)、及び流れ場プレイト(19)の流出孔(7)と対応する流出孔(29、12、14)を含む;前記シールメンバー(8)はセンター孔(5)をめぐって分布して且つ流入孔(6)と流出孔(7)と接続するダイバージョン槽を持った流れ場プレイト(19)の一面のセンター孔(5)の周囲と流れ場プレイトの外側周辺、及び別の一面の流入孔(6)と流出孔(7)の周囲に設置する請求項9に記載の燃料電池スタック。
- 前記燃料電池スタックがまた固定装置を含む請求項10に記載の燃料電池スタック。
- 前記固定装置が板(81と83)及び板(81と83)と接続する板(82)を含んで、板(81と83)がそれぞれ終板(16と15)としっかり貼り付けて、板(81)がそれぞれ板(16)の流入孔(28)と流出孔(29)に対応する孔(31と32)、及び板(16)のセンター孔と通じ合った少なくとも1つの孔(24)を含む請求項11に記載の燃料電池スタック。
- 前記固定装置がそれぞれ各板のセンター孔を貫いたボルト(22)とボルト(22)両端に締め付けるナット(23)を含んで、ナット(23)が開孔(30)を含む請求項11に記載の燃料電池スタック。
- 前記燃料電池スタックはまたナット(23)の外側にインストールするファン(37)を含んで、ファン(37)と相対する別の1つのナット(23)が開孔(30)を含むまたは含まない請求項13に記載の燃料電池スタック。
