Claims (7)
- コンプレッサ・ホイール(10,11)とラジアル・コンプレッサのマニフォールド・キャビティ(43)の間の主たる流れを運ぶフロー・チャネル(42)の中に空気を吹き込むための装置であって、
ディスクリートな数の吹込み開口(51)を有し、
それらの開口は、周囲に沿って分散して配置され且つ接線方向に整列され、
それらの開口は、コアンダ構造を備え且つノズルの形態であり、
それらの開口を通って、前記コンプレッサ・ホイールのロータ・ブレード(11)とディフーザのガイド・ベーン(21)の間の前記フロー・チャネル(42)の中に、接線方向に空気が吹き込まれることが可能である、
装置において、
前記コンプレッサのハウジング・ウオール(32)の中で、前記マニフォールド・キャビティ(43)の領域の中に、少なくとも一つの抜き出し開口(52)が組み込まれていること、及び、
前記吹込み開口(51)が、チャネル(44)を介して前記少なくとも一つの抜き出し開口(52)に接続されていること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1に記載の装置:
前記少なくとも一つの吹込み開口(51)と前記少なくとも一つの抜き出し開口(52)の間の前記チャネルは、周方向に伸びる少なくとも部分的に環状のキャビティ(44)の形態である。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項2に記載の装置:
前記キャビティ(44)は、コンプレッサのハウジング・ウオール(31,32,33)により境界が定められる。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置:
前記少なくとも一つの吹込み開口(51)は、前記フロー・チャネルの境界をなす前記コンプレッサのハウジング・ウオール(31)の中に組み込まれ、且つ、前記フロー・チャネルの境界をなすコンプレッサのハウジング・ウオール(31)により形成されている。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置:
前記少なくとも一つの吹込み開口(51)は、一体型または複数の要素からなるノズル要素(61)により形成され、
そのノズル要素は、コンプレッサのハウジング・ウオール(31)の中の開口の中に配置され、コンプレッサのハウジング・ウオールに接続されている。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置:
前記少なくとも一つの吹込み開口(51)は、一体型または複数の要素からなるノズル要素(62)により形成され、
そのノズル要素は、インテグラル・コネクションを用いて、前記コンプレッサのハウジング・ウオール(31)の中に一体化されている。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載された、ラジアル・コンプレッサのフロー・チャネル(42)の中に空気を吹き込むための装置を備えたラジアル・コンプレッサを有する排ガス・ターボチャージャ。
