Description
Claims (19)
- ポリカーボネート樹脂をベース樹脂として含む基材層を有する光拡散板。
- ポリカーボネート樹脂とポリスチレン樹脂との混合物をベース樹脂として含む基材層を有する光拡散板。
- 前記ポリカーボネート樹脂は、ジヒドロキシフェノールとホスゲンとの反応、又はジヒドロキシフェノールとカーボネート前駆体との反応によって製造された、鎖状及び分枝状の芳香族ポリカーボネートのホモポリマーよりなる群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記ベース樹脂は、ポリカーボネート樹脂とポリスチレン樹脂とを1:9〜9:1の質量比で混合したものである、請求項2に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記ポリカーボネート樹脂は、ASTM D1238に準拠した300℃、1.2kg荷重における溶融指数(MI)が8〜30g/10minである、請求項1又は2に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記ポリスチレン樹脂は、ASTM D1238に準拠した200℃、5kg荷重における溶融指数(MI)が0.5〜3g/10minである、請求項2に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記基材層の片面又は両面に形成され、アクリル系樹脂又はスチレン−アクリル系コポリマー樹脂をベース樹脂として含む表面層をさらに有する、請求項1又は2に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記アクリル系樹脂は、メタクリル酸アルキルエステル、アクリル酸アルキルエステル、メタクリル酸シクロアルキルエステル、アクリル酸シクロアルキルエステル、メタクリル酸アリールエステル、及びアクリル酸アリールエステルよりなる群から選択された少なくとも1つのモノマーから得られたホモポリマー、コポリマー、又はそれらの混合物である、請求項7に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記スチレン−アクリル系コポリマー樹脂は、メタクリル酸アルキルエステル、アクリル酸アルキルエステル、メタクリル酸シクロアルキルエステル、アクリル酸シクロアルキルエステル、メタクリル酸アリールエステル、及びアクリル酸アリールエステルよりなる群から選択された少なくとも1つのアクリル系モノマーと、スチレン、α−メチルスチレン、m−メチルスチレン、p−メチルスチレン、及びp−メトキシスチレンよりなる群から選択された少なくとも1つのスチレン系モノマーとのコポリマーである、請求項7に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記スチレン−アクリル系コポリマー樹脂は、アクリル系モノマーとスチレン系モノマーとを9:1〜1:9の重量比で反応させて得られたものである、請求項7に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記スチレン−アクリル系コポリマー樹脂は、アクリル系モノマーとスチレン系モノマーとを6:4〜2:8の重量比で反応させて得られたものである、請求項7に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記表面層は、フッ素系樹脂又はフッ素系樹脂粒子をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記基材層は、前記基材層の組成物の総重量に対して0.1〜35重量%の光拡散剤をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記基材層又は表面層は、前記基材層又は表面層の組成物の総重量に対して0.1〜35重量%の光拡散剤をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記光拡散剤は、粒径が0.2〜50μmである、請求項13に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記光拡散剤は、粒径が0.2〜50μmである、請求項14に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記表面層は、前記光拡散剤の突出によるエンボス形状を有し、表面粗度が1〜50μmである、請求項14に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記基材層は、前記基材層の組成物の総重量に対して0.01〜5重量%の光安定剤をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の光拡散板。
- 前記基材層又は表面層は、前記基材層又は表面層の組成物の総重量に対して0.01〜5重量%の光安定剤をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の光拡散板。
