Abstract
Description
本発明は、コンベヤーシステムを潤滑にするための方法及びシステムに関する。より具体的には、本発明は、金属、ガラス、紙、厚紙及び/又はプラスチック製の容器、特に食品産業で用いられる容器を動かしているコンベヤーシステムの潤滑に関する。これらは特に、食品、例えば飲料で満たされる容器、例えばガラス又はプラスチックボトル、箱、ガラス器、器、飲料容器、紙及び厚紙容器等である。
コンベヤーシステムを潤滑にし、そしておそらくは清浄及び滅菌もするために、具体的には容器と可動コンベヤーベルト又は軌道表面との界面を潤滑にするために水性コンベヤー潤滑剤を塗布することは、従来技術において既知である。コンベヤーシステムが十分に潤滑でない場合、これは容器の転倒をもたらすか、又は、容器が充填、清浄又はラベル貼りステーションに到達していたとしても、進行を停止しないという結果を生じる。両種類の不調は、コンベヤーシステムの運転停止時間を長くし、そして装置能力のかなりの損失を引き起こし得る。

2. 光が試料を通して移動しなければならない距離(光路長)
3. その特定の波長の光子が物質により吸収される確率(吸光率又は吸光係数)。

i)濃度cを有する水性コンベヤー潤滑剤に光を照射すること、
ii)吸収検出器で水性コンベヤー潤滑剤による光の吸収を測定することにより水性コンベヤー潤滑剤の濃度cを求めること、及び
iii)コンベヤーシステムに水性コンベヤー潤滑剤を塗布すること
を含む、コンベヤーシステムの潤滑方法を含む。
本発明の方法は、コンベヤーシステムを潤滑にすることに関する。コンベヤーシステムは、コンベヤーベルト、コンベヤーバンド、コンベヤーライン、軌道等を含む工業プラント中に商品を運搬するためのシステムである。
− 水素
− 炭素数1〜22の置換又は非置換、直鎖又は分岐アルキル基、或いは炭素数2〜22のモノ又はポリ不飽和アルケニル基(置換基として、1つ又は複数のヒドロキシル、アミン、イミン、ハロゲン及び/又はカルボキシル基を示し得る)
− 置換又は非置換フェニル基(置換基として、1つ又は複数のアミン、イミン、ヒドロキシル、ハロゲン、カルボキシル及び/又はおそらくはまた、置換直鎖又は分岐の飽和或いは炭素数1〜22のモノ又はポリ不飽和アルキル基を示し得る)
− A2は、炭素数1〜8の直鎖又は分岐アルキレン基を示し、
− nは、1〜30の範囲の正の整数である)

(式中、R6は、炭素数8〜22の飽和又は不飽和、分岐又は直鎖アルキル基であり、R7は、水素、炭素数1〜4のヒドロキシル−アルキル基のアルキル基又はA2−NH2であり、n=1であり、そしてR8及びR9は水素を示す)
R20−(O(CH2)m)nOCH2COO−M+ (VI)
(式中、R20は、1〜22個の炭素数を有する飽和、直鎖又は分岐アルキル基或いは2〜22個の炭素数を有するポリ不飽和直鎖若しくは分岐アルカリル又はアルキニル基或いはおそらくモノ若しくはポリC1〜C22アルキル又はC2〜C22アルケニル、又はC2〜C22アルキニル置換アリール基であり、nは0〜30の正の数であり、mは2又は3であり、Mは水素又はアルカリ金属である)に対応するものである。
Claims (12)
- コンベヤーシステムの潤滑方法であって、
i)濃度cを有する水性コンベヤー潤滑剤に光を照射すること、
ii)吸収検出器で前記水性コンベヤー潤滑剤による前記光の吸収を測定することにより、前記水性コンベヤー潤滑剤の前記濃度cを求めること、及び
iii)前記コンベヤーシステムに前記水性コンベヤー潤滑剤を塗布すること
を含む、コンベヤーシステムの潤滑方法。 - 水でコンベヤー潤滑剤濃縮液を希釈して、前記濃度cを有する前記水性コンベヤー潤滑剤を得る工程を含む、請求項1記載のコンベヤーシステムの潤滑方法。
- 前記コンベヤー潤滑剤濃縮液が水で希釈されて0.05%〜2.5%の範囲の濃度cを有する水性コンベヤー潤滑剤を得る、請求項2記載のコンベヤーシステムの潤滑方法。
- 前記水性コンベヤー潤滑剤の前記濃度cが、特定の波長の紫外線の吸収を測定することにより求められ、該紫外線が前記水性コンベヤー潤滑剤の少なくとも1つの潤滑剤構成成分により主に吸収され、該潤滑剤構成成分がアミン、エーテル、カルボン酸及びスルホン酸塩から成る群から選択される構成成分である、請求項1記載のコンベヤーシステムの潤滑方法。
- 200nm〜300nmの範囲の波長を有する光の吸収を測定する、請求項1記載のコンベヤーシステムの潤滑方法。
- 前記光の吸収が前記コンベヤーシステムの操作中にオンラインで測定される、請求項1記載のコンベヤーシステムの潤滑方法。
- 前記求められた濃度cに応じて、前記水性コンベヤー潤滑剤の塗布量を制御することを含む、請求項1記載のコンベヤーシステムの潤滑方法。
- 前記コンベヤー潤滑剤濃縮液が既知の濃度を有するトレーサーを含有し、前記水性コンベヤー潤滑剤の前記濃度が、主に該トレーサーにより吸収される、特定の波長を有する光の吸収を測定することにより求められる、請求項2記載のコンベヤーシステムの潤滑方法。
- 前記水性コンベヤー潤滑剤が噴霧、はけ塗り又は浸漬により前記コンベヤーシステムに塗布される、請求項1記載のコンベヤーシステムの潤滑方法。
- コンベヤーシステムに水性コンベヤー潤滑剤を塗布するための塗布装置を含むコンベヤー潤滑システムであって、光源と、該コンベヤー潤滑システム内の前記水性コンベヤー潤滑剤による光の吸収を測定するための吸収検出器とを有する測定装置をさらに備える、コンベヤー潤滑システム。
- 計量ステーションを備え、該計量ステーションが、計量管を通してコンベヤー潤滑剤濃縮液を少なくとも1つの混合スペースに圧送するための少なくとも1つの計量ポンプを備え、前記混合スペースが、前記水性コンベヤー潤滑剤を得るために前記混合スペース内で水で前記コンベヤー潤滑剤を希釈するための給水装置に取り付けられており、そして前記混合スペースが、該混合スペースから前記水性コンベヤー潤滑剤を運搬するための少なくとも1つの出口管に取り付けられており、該出口管が、前記コンベヤーシステムに前記水性コンベヤー潤滑剤を塗布するための前記塗布装置に延びている、請求項10記載のコンベヤー潤滑システム。
- 前記測定装置がフローセルを含み、該フローセルが前記光源及び前記吸収検出器を装備しており、且つ、前記計量ステーション又は前記塗布装置の一素子に接続されており、該素子が前記水性コンベヤー潤滑剤を含有している、請求項10又は11記載の潤滑システム。
