Abstract
【解決手段】 製造しようとする部品の補強材を形成するための繊維構造体を、可撓性の膜により形成された少なくとも1つの壁を有する型(22)のなかに配置し、25重量%以下の揮発材料を含有し、かつその粘度が0.1Pa.s〜0.3Pa.sの範囲内になるような値の温度で、樹脂組成物を前記型のなかに注入する。温度を積極的に上昇させながら囲い(20)内に配置した前記型のなかで前記樹脂を重合させ、この重合工程は11体積%以下の残留気孔が存在する複合材料部品を得るために圧力下の重合の最終段階である。

Description
本発明の目的は、肉厚で、低気孔率であり、予備含浸補強材を用いる従来法や従来のRTM法における上述した問題を生じることがない、繊維補強材および樹脂素地を備える複合材料部品を製造する方法を提供することにある。

Claims (13)
- 繊維補強材と樹脂素地を有する複合材料の肉厚部品を製造する方法において、
製造しようとする部品の補強材を形成するための繊維構造体を準備し、
可撓性の膜により形成された少なくとも1つの壁を有する型のなかに前記繊維構造体を配置し、
25重量%以下の揮発材料を含有し、かつその粘度が0.1Pa.s〜0.3Pa.sの範囲内になるような値の温度で、樹脂組成物を前記型のなかに注入し、
温度を積極的に上昇させながら囲い内に配置した前記型のなかで前記樹脂を重合させ、この重合工程は、11体積%以下の残留気孔が存在する複合材料部品を得るために圧力下の重合の最終段階であることを特徴とする複合材料の製造方法。 - 繊維構造体は、相互に重ね合わされて接合された二次元繊維重ね厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記二次元繊維重ね厚みは、該重ね厚みを通って伸び出すエレメントにより互いに接合されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記二次元繊維重ね厚みは、有機または無機のバインダにより互いに接合されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 非剛直繊維構造体に用いられ、前記繊維構造体は目を詰めてコンパクトにしていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記コンパクト化は、圧力下で前記最終重合する間において前記可撓性の膜を介して少なくとも一部の目を詰めることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 剛直繊維構造体に用いられ、前記繊維構造体と前記可撓性の膜との間に配置されるドレインと、圧力下で前記最終重合する間に前記繊維構造体のなかを強制的に貫通する前記ドレイン内に含まれる樹脂とを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 部分的な高密度化による統合により硬くなった繊維構造体に用いられることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 製造しようとする前記部品であって、かつ前記繊維構造体が適用される面とは反対側の面のプロフィルに対応する面を有する剛性支持部を備える型を使用することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 揮発性材料を25重量%以下の含有量に減少させるために、前記型内に注入される前において前記樹脂組成物を予備蒸留処理することを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- フェノール樹脂およびフラン樹脂のうちから選択される樹脂を用いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂組成物は固体充填物も含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記重合工程は、被製造物の揮発性材料を除去するために、温度を第1の値まで上昇させ、かつ前記型内を吸引する初期段階と、前記第1の値よりもさらに温度を上昇させ、かつ前記繊維構造に1MPa〜2.5MPaの範囲の圧力を印加するために前記囲いのなかの圧力を上昇させる最終段階と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項記載の方法。
