Claims (28)

- 前記生体適合性のある金属は貴金属であり、前記美容層は炭素層を備えた請求項2から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。
- 前記生体適合性のある金属はチタン合金を含む請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。
- 前記チタン合金は超弾性特性を示す請求項6に記載のマスク。
- 前記チタン合金はニチノールである請求項6に記載のマスク。
- 前記美容層は前記チタン合金と化学反応しない物質から形成されている請求項6に記載のマスク。
- 前記美容層は酸化チタンを含む請求項2から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。
- 前記美容層は炭化ケイ素を含む請求項2から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。
- 前記後方層は金を含む請求項2から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。
- 前記後方層はパラジウムを含む請求項2から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。
- 前記後方層はプラチナを含む請求項2から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。
- 前記後方層はタンタルを含む請求項2から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。
- 前記後方層はチタンを含む請求項2から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。
- 患者の目の焦点深さを改善するように構成されたピンホール状開口部を更に備えた請求項1から請求項16のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。
- 該マスクを貫通して形成された複数の栄養輸送構造を更に備えた請求項1から請求項17のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。
- 前記複数の栄養輸送構造が非一様に配置されている請求項18に記載のマスク。
- 前記マスクが複数の層を備え、複数の栄養輸送構造のそれぞれが該複数の層を貫通する複数のずらさせたホール部を備える請求項2から請求項19のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。
- 前記マスクが環状構造を有し、前記栄養輸送構造が該環状構造の中心部に集められている請求項20に記載のマスク。
- 前記美容層が、外部から目に見える患者の目の特徴と同様の見た目を有する請求項2から請求項21のいずれか一項に記載のマスク。
- 患者の目の焦点深さを改善するように構成されたマスクの製造方法であり、
基板を提供する段階と、
前記基板上に、患者の目の中に埋め込まれるように構成されたマスク層を形成する段階と、
前記基板から前記マスク層を分離する段階とを備えた製造方法。 - 前記マスク層が環状である請求項23に記載の製造方法。
- 前記マスク層が生体適合性のある金属から形成される請求項23または請求項24のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記マスク層が所望の形状をとるために該マスク層を造形用部材に固定することと、
前記マスク層が前記所望の形状を維持するために該マスク層を加熱処理することとによって、
前記基板から前記マスク層を分離した後に該マスク層に曲率を与える段階を更に備えた請求項23から請求項25のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記マスクに、該マスクを介して人間の目に栄養を輸送する輸送構造を形成する段階を更に備えた請求項23から請求項26のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 輸送構造を形成する段階が、
前記基板上に、貫通する第一の複数のホールを有する第一層を形成することと、
前記第一層上に、前記第一の複数のホールの一つにそれぞれ対応した、貫通する第二の複数のホールを有する第二層を形成することとを備え、
前記第二の複数のホールのそれぞれが、対応する一つの前記第一の複数のホールに対して少なくとも部分的にずらされていて、かつ、少なくとも部分的に重畳している請求項23〜27のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
