Abstract
Description

Claims (18)
- フィルムグレインのパターンを形成する方法であって、
(a)ビットアキュレートな変換係数のセットを確定するステップと、
(b)ビットアキュレートな変換係数のセットに周波数フィルタリングを行うステップと、
(c)周波数フィルタリングされた変換係数にビットアキュレートな逆変換を実行して、フィルムグレインのパターンを得るステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)〜(c)は、全ての可能性のあるフィルムグレインのサイズ及び形状について繰り返される、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記フィルムグレインのパターンをデータベースに記憶するステップ(d)を更に含む、

請求項記載の方法。 - 前記ビットアキュレートな変換係数のセットを確定するステップは、全ての可能性のあるフィルムグレインのサイズ及び形状についてデータベースから整数の離散コサイン変換係数のセットを読み取るステップを含む、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ビットアキュレートな変換係数のセットを確定するステップは、
ガウス性のランダム数の画像を生成するステップと、
ガウス性のランダム数に整数の離散コサイン変換を実行するステップと、
を含む請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ビットアキュレートな変換係数のセットを確定するステップは、
(i)ガウス性のランダム数の画像を生成するステップと、
(ii)ガウス性のランダム数の画像に整数の離散コサイン変換を実行するステップと、
(iii)全ての可能性のあるフィルムグレインのサイズ及び形状についてステップ(i)及び(ii)を繰り返すステップと、
を含む請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記周波数フィルタリングを行うステップは、所望のフィルムグレインパターンを特徴づけるフィルタの2次元における遮断周波数を表す予め定義された遮断周波数のセットを使用する、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記周波数フィルタリングされた変換係数にビットアキュレートな逆変換を実行するステップは、整数の逆離散コサイン変換を実行するステップを含む、
請求項1記載の方法。 - (a)ビットアキュレートな変換係数のセットを確定し、(b)前記ビットアキュレートな変換係数のセットに周波数フィルタリングを行い、及び(c)周波数フィルタリングされた変換係数にビットアキュレートな変換を実行して、フィルムグレインパターンを得ることで、フィルムグレインのパターンを形成するためのプロセッサ又は専用のロジック回路のうちの1つを有する装置。
- 前記フィルムグレインのパターンを記憶する第一のメモリを更に有する請求項12記載の装置。
- 整数の離散コサイン変換係数の少なくとも1つのセットを記憶する第二のメモリを更に有する、
請求項12記載の装置。 - 整数の離散コサイン変換係数の複数のセットを記憶する第二のメモリを更に有する、
請求項13記載の装置。 - ガウス性のランダム数の画像を生成するガウス性ランダム発生器と、
前記ガウス性のランダム数の画像に整数の離散コサイン変換を実行して、ビットアキュレートな変換係数のセットを得る手段と、
を更に有する請求項12記載の装置。 - ガウス性のランダム数の画像を記憶する第二のメモリと、
前記ガウス性のランダム数の画像に整数の離散コサイン変換を実行して、ビットアキュレートな変換係数のセットを得る手段と、
を更に有する請求項12記載の装置。 - フィルムグレインのパターンを形成する装置であって、
ビットアキュレートな変換係数のセットを確定する手段と、
前記ビットアキュレートな変換係数のセットに周波数フィルタリングを行う手段と、
周波数フィルタリングされた変換係数にビットアキュレートな変換を行い、フィルムグレインパターンを得る手段と、
を有する装置。
