図2aは、高密度の層を、その上に重なり、それぞれがその流路/リブが互いに割線状に移行する2つの層から成る低密度の層と共に示し、
図2bは、高密度の上に重なり、それぞれがその流路/リブが互いに割線状に移行する2つの層から成る複数の低密度の層を示し、そして
図3は、公知構造形式(6)と本発明の構造形式(7)における圧力損失経過を示す。試験系は空気/水、散水密度は10 m3/m2h,密度比は3である。
Claims (10)
- 個別の、特に水平な層を有し、塔の少なくとも1つの層(1)がこの層の上方に位置する層(2)の密度よりも1.5〜10倍、好ましくは2〜3倍高い密度を有し、それによって堰き止め、特にフラッディングを惹き起こす、熱及び/または物質交換のための配列された充填構造体において、
高密度層(1)の上方に位置する層(2)が斜行する流路を形成し、これらの流路が、その下方の、高密度層(1)と境を接する領域において、その上方に位置する領域よりも垂直に近く配向され、流路がその下方領域においてその上方に位置する領域よりも大きい断面積を有し、この大きい断面積で下方の層(1)に向かって開口していることを特徴とする配列された充填構造体。 - 充填構造体を液体分装置をしても利用することができ、塔の層(1)が液体を配分するための堰き止め、特にフラッディングを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充填構造体。
- 高密度層(1)の上方に位置する散水層が、その上方に位置する低密度層(2)の流路内に達していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の充填構造体。
- 低密度層(2)の流路が、孔及び/またはスリットを有するリブの間に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の充填構造体。
- リブが定常的な湾曲を有していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の充填構造体。
- 斜行するリブが湾曲なしであり、上下に重なり合う2層以上のリブが共通の割線状曲折を形成していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の充填構造体。
- 充填層(1)内に個別の貯水容器を設け、これらの貯水容器の上面が完全にまたは部分的に開口しており、その底面及び/または側面が排出口を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の充填構造体。
- すべての排出口の開口面積を総計すると、上面の流入口の総流入面積よりも小さい総流出面積となることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の充填構造体。
- 貯水容器が、上方及び/又は下方に位置する少なくとも1つの充填層よりも高い密度及び/または目の詰まった形状を有する充填層(1)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の充填構造体。
- 貯水容器を有する充填層(1)が貯水容器のない充填層(2、3)よりも小さい高さを有することを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の充填構造体。
