Claims (4)
- 容器中の製品の所定の特徴を、前記製品の第1の物理的特性を測定する第1の測定方法で測定し、これに加えて、前記製品の所定の特徴を少なくとも直接的な方法または前記第1の物理的特性と異なる第2の物理的特性を測定する第2の測定方法で測定し、両測定方法によって得た値を比較することを特徴とする容器中の製品の完全性検出方法。
- 前記製品がボトル中の飲料であり、前記製品の特徴が充填レベルであり、前記第1の測定方法がX線吸収測定による充填高さ測定からなり、前記第2の測定方法が高周波発振回路の共振周波数のボトルによる変化を測定する方法からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ボトルの充填高さの下方部分で、付加的に、X線を用いた前記製品のX線吸収量測定または高周波を用いた前記製品の誘電率測定を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の測定方法で測定された前記所定の特徴の前記製品の多数に関する平均値と、前記第2の測定方法で測定された前記所定の特徴の平均値とを互いに比較することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
