脱気のためのライン(3)を有し、該ラインが、一端を前記油溜め(1)に連結され、また該ラインに空気吸引のための吸引ポンプ(4)が備えられ、さらに、前記ライン(3)の他端がフィルター(7)に連結され、該フィルターは、戻りライン(9)によって前記油溜め(1)に連結された室(8)内に備えられ、室(8)に環境への出口(10)が備えられているような装置において、
逆止め弁(12)が、前記戻りライン(9)に備えられており、該ラインは、油溜め(1)から室(8)へ空気流を通過させ、また逆向きの空気流を通さず、さらに、前記逆止め弁が小さな逆流開口(16)を備え、該開口が、フィルター(7)によって室(8)内で分離された油が油溜め(1)に逆流できるようにする、
ことを特徴とする装置。

油溜めの脱気から油を分離する装置であって、
脱気ラインを有する公知のタイプのもので、該ラインが、一端を前記油溜めに連結され、また該ラインに空気吸引のための吸引ポンプが備えられ、さらに、前記ラインの他端がフィルターに連結され、該フィルターは、戻りラインによって前記油溜めに連結された室内に備えられ、該室に環境(environment)或いは大気への出口が備えられているような装置、
に関する。

Claims (10)
- 油溜めの脱気から油を分離する装置であって、
脱気のためのライン(3)を有し、該ラインが、一端を前記油溜め(1)に連結され、また該ラインに空気吸引のための吸引ポンプ(4)が備えられ、さらに、前記ライン(3)の他端がフィルター(7)に連結され、該フィルターは、戻りライン(9)によって前記油溜め(1)に連結された室(8)内に備えられ、室(8)に環境への出口(10)が備えられているような装置において、
逆止め弁(12)が、前記戻りライン(9)に備えられており、該ラインは、油溜め(1)から室(8)へ空気流を通過させ、また逆向きの空気流を通さず、さらに、前記逆止め弁が小さな逆流開口(16)を備え、該開口が、フィルター(7)によって室(8)内で分離された油が油溜め(1)に逆流できるようにする、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 当該逆止め弁(12)が、主として、固定部分(13)と可動部分(14)とから成り、少なくとも一つの第一の開口(15)が前記固定部分に備えられ、該固定部分を前記可動部分(14)によってシールすることができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 当該逆流開口(16)が可動部分(14)に備えられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 当該逆止め弁(12)が一体に作られることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 当該逆止め弁(12)がシール材で作られることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 当該逆止め弁(12)がシールの形に作られることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 当該戻りライン(9)が、当該室(8)に接続された第一の部分(9A)と当該油溜め(1)に接続された第二の部分(9B)とから成り、該第一の部分と第二の部分(9Aと9B)が、フランジ継手(11)によって相互連結され、これらの部分の間に当該逆止め弁(12)が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 当該固定部分(13)が、当該可動部分(14)に隣接して、第二の開口(19)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 当該第二の開口(19)がライン(3)と当該油溜め(1)との間に備えられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 当該逆流開口(16)の寸法が、使用時に、この逆流開口(16)が、常に、フィルター(7)から分離されてこの逆流開口(16)を通って油溜め(1)に逆流する油で満たされるようなものとなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
