Claims (10)
- 内側スペーサを介して所定距離、離間して配置された第1のキャリアフォイルと第2のキャリアフォイルを含むフォイル型スイッチング素子であって、上記第1と第2のキャリアフォイル間に少なくとも2つの電極構造が配置されて少なくとも一対の離間したスイッチ接点を画成するところに上記スイッチング素子の活動部を画成する少なくとも1つのカットアウトを上記内側スペーサが有するようにしたフォイル型スイッチング素子において、第1及び第2の外側スペーサ層を有し、該第1の外側スペーサ層が上記第1のキャリアフォイルの外面に配置され、且つ上記第2の外側スペーサ層が上記第2のキャリアフォイルの外面に配置されており、該第1外側スペーサと第2の外側スペーサの各々が上記活動部の部分に少なくとも1つの開口を有するようにして成ることを特徴とするフォイル型スイッチング素子。
- 前記第1の外側スペーサ層及び/又は第2の外側スペーサ層内の前記開口が前記内側スペーサの前記カットアウトと同軸に配置されて成る請求項1に記載のフォイル型スイッチング素子。
- 前記第1の外側スペーサ層及び/又は第2の外側スペーサ層内の前記開口の横方向寸法を、前記内側スペーサの前記カットアウトの横方向寸法より大きくして成る請求項1又は2に記載のフォイル型スイッチング素子。
- 前記第1の外側スペーサ層及び/又は第2の外側スペーサ層内の前記開口の寸法及び配置を、前記スイッチング素子の前記活動部に前記開口が完全に重なるようにして成る請求項1〜3の何れか1つに記載のフォイル型スイッチング素子。
- 前記第1の外側スペーサ層内の前記開口の横方向寸法が前記第2の外側スペーサ層内の前記開口の横方向寸法とは異なるようにして成る請求項1〜4の何れか1つに記載のフォイル型スイッチング素子。
- 前記第1の外側スペーサ層内の前記開口の横方向寸法が前記第2の外側スペーサ層内の前記開口の横方向寸法と等しくなるようにして成る請求項1〜4の何れか1つに記載のフォイル型スイッチング素子。
- 前記第1の外側スペーサ層の厚みが前記第2の外側スペーサ層の厚みとは異なるようにして成る請求項1〜6の何れか1つに記載のフォイル型スイッチング素子。
- 前記第1の外側スペーサ層の厚みが前記第2の外側スペーサ層の厚みと等しくなるようにして成る請求項1〜6の何れか1つに記載のフォイル型スイッチング素子。
- 前記スイッチング素子を力感知抵抗として構成して成る請求項1〜8の何れか1つに記載のフォイル型スイッチング素子。
- 前記第1の外側スペーサ層及び/又は前記第1の外側スペーサ層がフェルト層から成る請求項1〜9の何れか1つに記載のフォイル型スイッチング素子。
