Claims (11)
- 負荷のインピーダンスの大きさと位相を検出する回路であって、前記負荷が給電ラインによって無線周波(RF)増幅器に接続可能であり、前記回路が
a)前記RF増幅器の出力電圧のピーク値を検出する第1の手段と、
b)前記RF増幅器の出力電流のピーク値を検出する第2の手段と、
c)
c1)出力電圧と出力電流の間の位相に応じてその値が決まる信号を測定するか、または
c2)リニア乗算によって出力電圧と出力電流の間の位相を導出する
第3の手段と
を備え、
d)前記第1の手段または前記第2の手段、あるいはその両方が
d1)混合器と振幅制限器、または
d2)ピーク・ダイオード検出器
を備える、回路。 - 前記第3の手段が位相シフタと混合器を備える、請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記給電ラインがインダクタンスまたはキャパシタンスの何れかを有し、前記第3の手段が2つの振幅制限器と1つの混合器を備える、請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記第1の手段と前記第2の手段が緩衝増幅器を備える、請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記RF増幅器が少なくとも2つのトランジスタからなるアレイを備え、前記第1の手段が前記トランジスタのうちの1つのコレクタ電圧を検出するように構成され、前記第2の手段が対応するコレクタ電流を検出するように構成される、請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記コレクタの負荷ラインが検出抵抗器を備える、請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記RF増幅器が少なくとも2つのトランジスタからなるアレイを備え、前記第1の手段が前記トランジスタのうちの1つのコレクタ電圧を検出するように構成され、前記第2の手段が対応するエミッタ電流を検出するように構成される、請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記第1の手段が、前記RF増幅器の一部であるトランジスタのコレクタ電流を検出するように構成されたピックアップ・コイルを含む、請求項1に記載の回路。
- 負荷のインピーダンスをRF増幅器のインピーダンスに整合させるインピーダンス整合回路であって、前記負荷が給電ラインによって無線周波(RF)増幅器に接続可能であり、前記インピーダンス整合回路が、
− 前記RF増幅器と前記負荷の間に接続される適応出力回路網と、
− 前記給電ラインのノードに結合されるインピーダンス検出器と、
− 測定されたインピーダンスに応じて前記適応整合回路を調整する制御ユニットと
を備え、
前記検出器が請求項1から8のうちの1つによる回路である、インピーダンス整合回路。 - 前記ノードが前記RF増幅器と前記適応出力回路網の間に配置される、請求項9に記載のインピーダンス整合回路。
- 前記ノードが前記適応出力回路網と前記負荷の間に配置される、請求項10に記載のインピーダンス整合回路。
