Abstract
Description
この課題は、変圧器、特に高い横断面を有する螺旋状の低圧巻線と、その製造と、磁気伝導性かつ相互絶縁性の材料から成る、低圧巻線に対して電気的に絶縁されている、高い安定性の多段の閉じられたトロイダルコア変圧器コアと、その製造方法により解決され、この場合、導電材料から成る低圧巻線の1つの巻体が2つの半部に予め成形され、これら2つの半部が閉じられたトロイダルコアの周りで互いに導電的に接続されており、少なくとも1つの半部が所定の階層を有しており、これにより、複数の巻体コイルから成る1つの螺旋状の巻線が閉じられたトロイダルコア上に形成される。
有利な実施例の方法では、巻体半部が互いにねじ固定及び/又は溶接される。

100mmの第1の薄板幅は、ガイド装置303を介して巻き付け装置306に供給され、位置固定される。巻き付け過程が開始され、同時に薄板には接着装置304で接着剤が供給される。駆動・制動装置により巻き付けたい薄板への均一な引張が得られる。測定装置により、巻き付けられた薄板高さが目標値と比較され、基準値に達すると巻き付け過程は停止される。次いで薄板は裁断装置305で分離され、位置固定される。
Claims (8)
- トロイダルコア変圧器、特に多相変圧器(101)であって、軸方向で隣接するように配置された複数のトロイダルコア(102)を有しており、それぞれ隣接するトロイダルコア(102)が異なる相の相巻線を支持している形式のものにおいて、2つの隣接するトロイダルコア(102)の相巻線の接続個所が周方向で互いにずらされて配置されていることを特徴とする、トロイダルコア変圧器。
- 2つの隣接するトロイダルコア(102)の相巻線の接続個所の間のずれもしくは形状的な角度が、これらのトロイダルコア(102)の電圧信号の間の電気的な相角度もしくは相のずれに相当する、請求項1記載の変圧器。
- トロイダルコア変圧器の構造に適合する、有利にはほぼ円筒状の、トロイダルコア(102)のためのケーシングに相巻線が設けられていて、有利にはケーシングの軸方向の端部に送風機またはファンが設けられている、請求項1又は2記載の変圧器。
- トロイダルコア(102)の領域に、冷却媒体のための中空導管が配置されており、有利には変圧器(101)のケーシングは熱交換器として形成されていて中空導管に接続されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の変圧器。
- ケーシングの外側に冷却体または類似の突出する部材が、ケーシングの表面積を拡大するために設けられていて、特にケーシングが成形された表面を有している、請求項3又は4記載の変圧器。
- 変圧器(10)を領域的にまたは完全に挿入するための、冷却媒体を備えた収容容器が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の変圧器。
- それぞれ相巻線を備えた、多相変圧器(101)のトロイダルコア(102)がモジュール状に形成されていて、モジュール状のトロイダルコア(2)を保持し、互いに固定するための保持装置(104)が設けられている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の変圧器。
- 変圧器コイルに個々に注型用樹脂が注がれていて、変圧器コイルは有利には表面拡大のために外側の成形部を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の変圧器。
