ホース接続装置1を用いたホースの接続は、次のように行われる。

Claims (18)
- 特に高圧分野に用いられるホース接続装置(1)であって、
ホース(2)を取付けるためのホース取付け区間(5)を備えた延長部と、前記ホース取付け区間(5)と近接して径方向の突出部(13)を有するホース接続装置部(4)と、
前記ホース(2)の長手方向に沿って前記ホースの外側に軸方向に延びるように少なくとも2つの保持用の腕部(18、19)を有して、これら保持用の腕部を、前記径方向の突出部(13)によって支持されるストリップ(20)を用いて互いに接続させた保持部(17)と、
前記ホース(2)と前記保持用の腕部(18、19)の外側を径方向で囲み、前記保持用の腕部(18、19)を前記外側に対して張力を加える少なくとも一つの締結手段(33)と、を有することを特徴とするホース接続装置。 - 前記ホース取付け区間(5)は、管状の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記ホース取付け区間(5)は、この外側にホース保持用の形状を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記ホース保持用の形状は、少なくとも一つの環状のリブ(7、8)を有し、この縁部を前記ホースの引抜き方向に面するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記ホース取付け区間(5)は、この外側に少なくとも一つの環状の溝(11、12)を備えて、シール装置を取付けられるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記径方向の突出部(13)は、径方向のフランジ(14)として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記フランジ(14)は、ディスクフランジであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記径方向の突出部(13)の隣にホルダー(16)に合わせた溝(15)を備えて、この溝は、前記保持部(17)の前記ストリップ(20)に合わせており、これによって前記径方向の突出部(13)によって支持されるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記ホース受取り区間(5)は、切断を行わずに再加工された部品であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記保持部(17)は、C字形状であって、かつ弾力性の腕部(18、19)を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記保持部(17)は、この外周に沿って延びるように、前記ホルダー(16)のスリット(30)に合わせたストリップ(20)を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記スリット(30)は、径方向に連続するように構成されて、この径方向内側で開口することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記スリット(30)は、この径方向内側で閉ざされるように底部を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記ホルダー(16)は、プラスチック材料部品であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記ホルダー(16)は、曲げられた板金部品であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記保持用の腕部(18、19)は、前記締結手段(33)に合わせて凹部(22、23、24、25)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記締結手段(33)は、ホースクランプ又は締結用ストラップ(34)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホース接続装置。
- 前記締結用ストラップ(34)は、形状を閉ざすテンションロック(35)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホース接続装置。
