Abstract
Description
その下に金属板を位置決めおよび移動できる固定された支持構造と、
前記支持構造に支持され、互いに直交する一対のデカルト座標軸に沿って直線移動可能であり、それぞれの移動の軸に直交方向のスライドガイドをそれぞれ支持する第1および第2のスライダと、前記金属板上にレーザ光線を合焦させるのに適した垂直軸を備えるレーザカッティングヘッドとを含み、それぞれの前記スライダの関連する前記デカルト座標軸に沿った移動が、他方の前記スライダに対する前記レーザヘッドの対応する移動を生成するように、前記スライダに沿って移動可能なカーソルが設けられた可動装置と、
前記第1および第2のスライダの移動を、それぞれ、相対的に限定された空間内で、高い速度および加速度で駆動する第1および第2の駆動手段と、
前記第1および第2のスライダに動作可能に結合する移動可能なバランス質量を備えるバランス手段と、を含む穴開け機によって達成される。
Claims (4)
- その下に金属板(L)を位置決めおよび移動可能な固定された支持構造(1)と、
前記支持構造(1)に支持され、互いに直交するデカルト座標軸(Y,X)に沿って直線移動可能であり、それぞれの移動の軸(X,Y)に直交方向のスライドガイド(10,11)をそれぞれ支持する第1および第2のスライダ(6,7)と、前記金属板(L)の上にレーザ光線(F)を合焦させるのに適した垂直軸を備えるレーザカッティングヘッド(18)とを含み、前記レーザカッティングヘッド(18)は、前記スライダ(6,7)の関連する前記デカルト座標軸(X,Y)に沿っての移動が、他方の前記スライダ(7,6)に対する前記レーザカッティングヘッド(18)の対応する移動を生成するように、前記スライドガイド(10,11)に沿って移動可能なカーソル(16,17)を備える可動装置と、
前記第1および第2のスライダ(6,7)の移動を、それぞれ、相対的に限定された空間内で、高い速度および加速度で駆動する第1および第2の駆動手段(8,9)と、
前記第1および第2のスライダ(6,7)に動作可能に結合する移動可能なバランス質量(14,15)を備えるバランス手段とを含むことを特徴とする金属板(L)に穴(H)を開ける穴開け機。 - 前記第1および第2のスライダ(6,7)は、それぞれ、個別の駆動手段(12,13)によって前記スライダ(6,7)の移動の方向と反対方向に、同じ速度および加速度で直線移動可能な、個別の前記バランス質量(14,15)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穴開け機。
- 前記第1および第2のスライダ(6,7)は、互いに垂直に位置ずれしていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の穴開け機。
- 前記第1および第2のスライダ(6,7)の移動を操る前記第1および第2の駆動手段(8,9)と、前記バランス質量(14,15)の移動を操る駆動手段(12、13)が、電子制御された電気モータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の穴開け機。
