Abstract
Description
本発明は、この願望を満たすものである。
第1の段階では、燃料は、バーナヘッド1内のノズル2から放出され、酸化剤は、ノズル2の周りに同心的に並べられた出口開口3から放出されるようにされることが好ましい(図1を参照)。
Claims (12)
- 加熱炉内でバーナヘッドに燃料と酸化剤を供給して、酸化剤で燃料を燃焼させることに関する方法において、第1段階で燃料と酸化剤とを互いに近接させてバーナヘッド(1,10)から放出して、加熱炉空間内の温度が燃料の自然発火燃焼温度を超える温度になるまで、バーナヘッドの外側の短い距離でバーナヘッドに近接させて基本的に燃焼を生じさせ、第2段階で今度は相互にある距離離してバーナヘッド(1,10)から放出して少なくともバーナヘッドの直径に一致する距離だけバーナの外方に離れて基本的に燃焼を行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記第1段階において、燃料は、バーナヘッド(1,10)のノズル(2,11)から放出させ、酸化剤は、ノズル周りで同心的(3)に放出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2段階において、燃料は、バーナヘッドのノズル(2,11)から放出させ、酸化剤は、ノズルの片側でノズルからある距離離れて設けた出口開口(4,5、12−14)から放出させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 燃料ノズル(2,11)からバーナヘッド(1,10)の直径のほぼ1/2を越える距離で出口開口(4,5、12−14)を配置することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- ガス状酸化剤を用いて、酸素含有量を80%以上とすることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 酸化剤を少なくと2barの過圧力で供給することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- オイルを燃料として使用することを特徴とする請求項1から6項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 天然ガスあるいはプロパンを燃料として使用する請求項1から7項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 加熱炉内で燃料と酸化剤をバーナヘッドに供給して酸化剤で燃料を燃焼させるバーナにおいて、バーナヘッド(1,10)は、燃料供給ノズル(2,11)を含み、バーナヘッド(1,10)は、更にノズルに近接して第1酸化剤出口(3)を含み、これにより、バーナヘッドの外方で短い距離でバーナヘッドに近接して燃焼が行われ、さらにバーナヘッドは、燃料ノズル(2,11)からある距離離して位置する更に他の酸化剤出口開口(4,5、12−14)を含み、バーナの外側でバーナヘッドの直径に少なくとも相当する距離で燃焼が行われ、バーナは、酸化剤を少なくとも2barの過圧力で供給することを特徴とするバーナ。
- 出口開口(4,5、12−14)が、ノズル(2,11)の片側に距離をもって配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバーナ。
- 出口開口(4,5、12−14)が、ノズル(2,11)からバーナヘッド(1,10)の直径の2/1を越える距離で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9または11に記載のバーナ。
- 出口開口(4,5)は、ラバル管あるいはベンチュリノズルにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項9、10又は11に記載のバーナ。
