- 少なくとも1つの外側層a)と硬質イソシアネートベースの発泡体b)からなり、前記外側層a)と前記硬質イソシアネートベースの発泡体b)との間に、接着促進剤c)が施された複合素子の製造方法であって、前記外側層a)は連続的に移動し、前記接着促進剤c)と硬質イソシアネートベースの発泡体b)の出発材料とを前記外側層に連続的に施し、且つ前記接着促進剤c)を施す際に、水平又は水平位置と15度以内の傾きで、(好ましくは、前記外側層と平行に)配置された回転板を用いて施すことを特徴とするイソシアネートベースの複合素子の製造方法。

200〜2500rpm、好ましくは、200〜2000rpm、特に好ましくは、300〜1500rpmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 連続的に搬送される外側層に液体を塗布する装置であって、

水平に、好ましくは水平かつ前記外側層と平行に、設置された回転板に塗布され、
