Description
Claims (12)
- カバー内において、エミッタ電極、検知電極及び前記エミッタ電極から前記検知電極への電場を発生させる手段を有する近接センサにおいて、前記検知電極は前記カバーの内側表面上に直接設けられる導電材料の層を有する近接センサ。
- 前記導電材料の層は、導電性の粘着材料テープの層を有する請求項1に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記導電材料の層は、前記センサカバーの前記内側表面上に直接噴霧される、そうでなければ塗布又はコーティングされる導電材料を有する請求項1に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記エミッタ電極は、前記カバーに直接設けられる導電材料の層を有する請求項1に記載の近接センサ。
- キャリアプレートは、前記カバー内において、前記カバー上に設けられる前記検知電極及び前記エミッタ電極からある距離だけ離れて取り付けられ、アクティブガード電極は、前記カバーに面している前記キャリアプレートの表面上において、前記検知電極に対して設けられ、接地シールド部材は、前記カバーに面している前記キャリアプレートの表面上において、前記エミッタ電極に対して設けられる請求項4に記載の近接センサ。
- カバー内において、エミッタ電極及び前記エミッタ電極から電場を発生させる手段を設けるステップを有する近接センサを製造する方法において、導電材料の層を前記カバーの内側表面上に直接設けることにより、検知電極を形成するステップをさらに有する方法。
- 前記検知電極を形成するステップは、導電材料の層を前記カバーの内側表面上に直接噴霧するステップを有する請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記エミッタ電極を設けるステップは、導電材料の個々の層を前記カバーの内側表面上に直接形成するステップを有する請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記エミッタ電極を設けるステップは、前記導電材料の個々の層を前記カバーの内側表面上に直接噴霧するステップを有する請求項6に記載の方法。
- 撮像システム用のスイングアームにおいて、放射線源及び検出器を有すると共に、請求項1に記載の1つ以上の近接センサをさらに有するスイングアーム。
- 請求項10に記載のスイングアーム、前記スイングアームを撮像されるべき被写体に対して所望の位置に移動させる動力手段、及び前記1つ以上のセンサの出力に従って前記動力手段を制御する手段を有する撮像システム。
- 請求項11に記載のX線撮像システム。
