Abstract
Description
本発明は、摩擦による摩耗に晒される機械部材の予め定められた表面上の耐摩耗性被膜および殊に内燃機関における機械部材のための前記種類の耐摩耗性被膜の製造方法に関する。

Claims (23)
- 摩擦を減少させ、機械部材(1)の所定面(2)の摩耗抵抗を高めるために、殊に機械部材(1)の所定面(2)上に施こされた、sp2−およびsp3−ハイブリダイズされた炭素からなる水素不含またはほぼ水素不含の正四面体の少なくとも1つの無定形炭素層(4)からなる内燃機関のための摩擦による摩耗に晒される機械部材(1)の所定面(2)上の耐摩耗性被膜。
- 被膜がハイブリダイズされた炭素少なくとも97原子%からなり、この場合ハイブリダイズされた炭素中のsp3−ハイブリダイズされた炭素の含量は、少なくとも50%である、請求項1記載の耐摩耗性被膜。
- 正四面体の無定形炭素層(4)中の水素含量が最大1原子%である、請求項1または2記載の耐摩耗性被膜。
- 正四面体の無定形炭素層(4)が、30〜95GPAの硬度値、300GPa〜820GPaの範囲内のE弾性率および少なくとも0.15の硬度値とE弾性率との比を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性被膜。
- 正四面体の無定形炭素層(4)が約600℃までの熱的安定温度または酸化安定温度を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性被膜。
- 正四面体の無定形炭素層(4)が約0.1μm〜4.0μm、殊に2.0μmの厚さを有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性被膜。
- 機械部材(1)の所定面(2)と正四面体の無定形炭素層(4)との間に少なくとも1つの支持層(3)および/または少なくとも1つの付着補助層(3)が設けられ、これらの支持層および/または付着補助層が、例えばPVD法により金属含有の、例えばタングステンを含む炭素層、遷移金属の炭化物および/または窒化物を有する層、熱処理により嵌め込み物として硬化されたカルボニトロ化またはニトロ浸炭された層、熱化学的方法によりニトロ化または硼酸塩処理された層、電気メッキ法によりクロムを有する層、例えば窒化クロム層または類似物として形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性被膜。
- 少なくとも1つの支持層(3)および/または少なくとも1つの付着補助層(3)が約0.1μm〜4.0μmの厚さを有する、請求項7記載の耐摩耗性被膜。
- 機械部材(1)の所定面(2)が、16MnCr5、C45、100Cr6、31CrMoV9、80Cr2等からなる、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性被膜。
- カップタペット(5)、牽引レバーまたはロッカーレバー(11)として形成された機械部材上の対向アーマチュア層としての請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性被膜(3、4)の使用。
- カップタペット5のカム接触面50、またはカップタペット5のカム接触面50およびカップシャツ51が完全にかまたは少なくとも部分的に請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の耐摩耗性被膜で形成されている、請求項10記載の耐摩耗性被膜の使用。
- 弁駆動構成成分、機械的カップタペットおよび液圧的カップタペット、液圧的な支持部材および嵌め込み部材、ロール支承構成成分、制御ピストン、殊にモータ範囲内での噴射ノズルのため、分離支承部、ピストンボルト、支承ブッシュ、線形案内部材または類似物の所定面上での層としての請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の被膜の使用。
- 摩擦による摩耗に晒される機械部材(1)の所定面(2)上の耐摩耗性被膜の製造方法において、次の処理工程:摩擦を減少させるため、および所定面(2)の摩耗抵抗を高めるために、sp2−およびsp3−ハイブリダイズされた炭素からなる、水素不含またはほぼ水素不含の正四面体の少なくとも1つの無定形炭素層(4)を機械部材(1)の所定面(2)上に析出させる工程を有する摩擦による摩耗に晒される機械部材(1)の所定面(2)上の耐摩耗性被膜の製造方法。
- 析出をPVD法により実現させる、請求項13記載の方法。
- 正四面体の無定形炭素層(4)を約0.1μm〜4.0μm、殊に2.0μmの厚さで形成させる、請求項13または14記載の方法。
- 被覆工程を最大160℃、殊に120℃である温度で実施する、請求項13から15までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 有利に摩擦の減少が望ましい場合には、析出された無定形炭化水素層(4)の熱的後処理および/または機械的後処理を実施しない、請求項13から16までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 有利に摩擦による摩耗からの保護が望ましい場合には、析出された無定形炭化水素層(4)の機械的後処理、例えば研磨および/またはブラッシングを実施する、請求項13から16までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 機械部材(1)の所定面(2)を、16MnCr5、C45、100Cr6、31CrMoV9、80Cr2または類似物から製造する、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 機械部材(1)の所定面(2)を析出前に嵌め込み物で硬化しおよび/またはカルボニトロ化し、焼き戻しする、請求項13から19までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 機械部材(1)の所定面(2)と正四面体の無定形炭素層(4)との間に少なくとも1つの支持層(3)および/または少なくとも1つの付着補助層(3)を設け、これらの支持層および/または付着補助層が、例えばPVD法により金属含有の、例えばタングステンを含む炭素層、遷移金属の炭化物および/または窒化物を有する層、熱処理により嵌め込み物として硬化されたカルボニトロ化またはニトロ浸炭された層、熱化学的方法によりニトロ化または硼酸塩処理された層、電気メッキ法によりクロムを有する層、例えば窒化クロム層または類似物として形成される、請求項13から20までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの支持層(3)および/または少なくとも1つの付着補助層(3)を約0.1μm〜4.0μmの厚さで形成させる、請求項21記載の方法。
- 被膜をハイブリダイズされた炭素少なくとも97原子%から形成させ、この場合ハイブリダイズされた炭素中のsp3−ハイブリダイズされた炭素の含量は、少なくとも50%である、請求項13から22でのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
