Abstract
Description
(a)少なくとも1個の金属ブロックを準備する工程、および
(b)少なくとも1個の回転工具を利用して切削加工法で繊維を削り出す工程。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも以下の工程を含むことを特徴とする金属繊維(1)の製造方法。
(a)少なくとも1個の金属ブロック(2)を準備する工程、および
(b)少なくとも1個の回転工具(3)を用い切削加工法で繊維(1)を削り出す工程。 - 工程(b)を正面フライス削りで実施することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 10〜100μmの厚さ(4)の繊維(1)を削り出すことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 1〜50mmの長さ(5)の繊維(1)を削り出すことを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の方法。
- 10〜100μmの高さ(6)の繊維(1)を削り出すことを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1個の工具(3)を所定回転数で回転させ、所定送りで少なくとも1個の金属ブロック(2)に対して移動させ、該回転数と送りを、繊維(1)がその長さ(5)の少なくとも50%にわたり一様な厚さ(4)を有するように定めることを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1個の金属ブロック(2)が、工具(3)の輪郭(8)に相当する加工前面(7)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載の方法。
- 切削加工を順々に隣り合う平面(9)で実施し、少なくとも1個の回転工具(3)の少なくとも1個の金属ブロック(2)への切り込み作用を、隣り合う平面(9)においてずらして行うことを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の方法。
- 繊維(1)をまず請求項1から8の1つに記載の方法で製造し、続いて接合技術的に相互に結合して通気性の層(20)を形成することを特徴とするフィルタ材料(13)の製造方法。
- 少なくとも1個の金属ブロック(2)を固定するためのワーク受け(10)と、請求項1から8の1つに記載の方法を実施するために少なくとも1個の金属ブロック(2)に切り込み作用をする少なくとも1個の回転工具(3)とを有し、少なくとも1個の回転工具(3)が多刃フライス(4)を有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から8の1つに記載の方法又は請求項10記載の装置で製造されたことを特徴とする繊維。
- 少なくとも部分的に請求項11に応じた繊維(1)又は請求項9に応じて製造された繊維(1)であることを特徴とするフィルタ材料。
- 請求項12に応じたフィルタ材料(13)を含むことを特徴とする粒子フィルタ。
- 請求項12に応じたフィルタ材料(13)を備えた少なくとも1個の排気ガス処理構成要素(16)又は請求項13に応じた少なくとも1個の粒子フィルタ(14)を有することを特徴とする車両。
