Claims (31)
- ビニルピロリドン、アクリル酸および活性化したアクリル酸の三元共重合体。
- 前記活性化したアクリル酸が、イミドエステル、p−ニトロフェニルカーボネート、エポキシド、イソシアネート、アクリレート、ビニルスルホン、オルトピリジル−ジスルフィド、マレイミド、アルデヒド、ヨードアセタミド、およびN−ヒドロキシスクシンイミドエステル基からなる群より選択される官能基と誘導体化されたアクリル酸である、請求項1に記載の三元共重合体。
- 前記活性化したアクリル酸がアクリル酸NHSエステルである、請求項1または2に記載の三元共重合体。
- 前記アクリル酸のカルボキシル基のおよそ2分の1が活性化している、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の三元共重合体。
- 前記ビニルピロリドンの前記アクリル酸および前記活性化したアクリル酸に対する比率が50:50である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の三元共重合体。
- 数平均分子量が2,000〜5,000である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の三元共重合体。
- 重量平均分子量が10,000〜30,000である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の三元共重合体。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の三元共重合体と接合しているヒドロキシプロピルセルロース。
- ビニルピロリドン、アクリル酸および活性化したアクリル酸の三元共重合体の作製方法であって、
(a)ビニルピロリドン/アクリル酸共重合体を作製する工程と、
(b)前記アクリル酸のカルボキシル基の少なくともいくつかを活性化させる工程と、を含む方法。 - 前記共重合体における前記ビニルピロリドンの前記アクリル酸に対する比率が50:50である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(b)におけるアクリル酸のカルボキシル基の活性化が、イミドエステル、p−ニトロフェニルカーボネート、エポキシド、イソシアネート、アクリレート、ビニルスルホン、オルトピリジル−ジスルフィド、マレイミド、アルデヒド、ヨードアセタミド、およびN−ヒドロキシスクシンイミドエステル基からなる群より選択される官能基との誘導体化によってなされる、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(b)におけるアクリル酸のカルボキシル基の活性化が、N−ヒドロキシスクシンイミドエステル基との誘導体化によってなされる、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(b)において、前記アクリル酸のカルボキシル基のおよそ2分の1が活性化される、請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 均質な膜を含み、使用時に少なくとも一方の表面が露出する組織接着シートであって、該膜が1種以上の重合体から形成される予め成形および架橋されたマトリックスを含み、該重合体の少なくとも1種が合成重合体であって第一形態の付属官能基を有しており、該マトリックスの架橋は前記第一形態の官能基の一部を介しており、前記第一形態の官能基の残りは遊離しており、前記遊離している第一形態の官能基の少なくとも一部が誘導体化または活性化して組織反応性官能基を形成しているか、または、前記遊離している第一形態の官能基の少なくとも一部が組織反応性官能基を含有する1つ以上の別の材料に結合している、組織接着シート。
- 前記第一形態の官能基が、ヒドロキシル、カルボキシル、アミド、ラクタム、エーテルおよびエステル基からなる群より選択される、請求項14に記載のシート。
- 前記第一形態の官能基がヒドロキシルである、請求項15に記載のシート。
- 前記合成重合体がヒドロキシプロピルセルロースである、請求項16に記載のシート。
- さらに、前記第一形態の官能基と異なる付属基を有する重合体を1種以上含む、請求項14〜17のいずれか1項に記載のシート。
- 前記遊離した第一形態の官能基の少なくとも一部が、誘導体化または活性化して組織反応性官能基を形成する、請求項14〜18のいずれか1項に記載のシート。
- 前記遊離した第一形態の官能基の少なくとも一部が、組織反応性官能基を含有する1種以上の別の材料に結合している、請求項14〜18のいずれか1項に記載のシート。
- 前記組織反応性官能基が、イミドエステル、p−ニトロフェニルカーボネート、エポキシド、イソシアネート、アクリレート、ビニルスルホン、オルトピリジル−ジスルフィド、マレイミド、アルデヒド、ヨードアセタミド、およびN−ヒドロキシスクシンイミドエステル基からなる群より選択される、請求項19または20に記載のシート。
- 前記組織反応性官能基が、アクリル酸と、ビニルピロリドンおよびアクリル酸NHSエステルの共重合体と、ビニルピロリドン、アクリル酸およびアクリル酸NHSエステルの三元重合体とからなる群より選択される組織反応性重合体である、請求項20に記載のシート。
- 前記ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースが、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のビニルピロリドン、アクリル酸および活性化したアクリル酸の三元重合体と接合している、請求項17に記載のシート。
- さらに1種以上の可塑剤を含む、請求項14〜23のいずれか1項に記載のシート。
- 前記可塑剤が、ショ糖、グリセロール、ポリ(エチレングリコール)、α,ω−ジ−NHSエステル官能性ポリ(エチレングリコール)およびクエン酸NHSエステルからなる群より選択される、請求項24に記載のシート。
- 10w/w%未満のヒトまたは動物由来の材料を含有する、請求項14〜25のいずれか1項に記載のシート。
- 前記シートの全体の厚みが0.01〜1mmである、請求項14〜26のいずれか1項に記載のシート。
- 水分含有量が10%w/w未満である、請求項14〜27のいずれか1項に記載のシート。
- 一方の表面が、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリラクチドおよびポリ(DL−ラクチド−コ−グリコライド)からなる群より選択される非接着性材料で被覆されている、請求項14〜28のいずれか1項に記載のシート。
- 前記マトリックスが所定の比率で以下の成分から構成される、請求項14〜29のいずれか1項に記載のシート。
a)20〜80%w/wの第一形態の官能基を有する合成重合体(類)
b)0〜30%w/wの第一形態の官能基を有する合成重合体の他の合成重合体(類)
c)0〜30%w/wの可塑剤(類)
d)0〜10%w/wのアミン化および/またはチオール化重合体(類)
e)0〜10%w/wの非接着性膜形成重合体(類)。 - 適切な溶媒に前記マトリックスの成分を溶解または分散させ、得られた溶液を適切な型、または適切な平板上に流し入れ、乾燥させて該溶媒を除去し、硬化させて所望の程度に架橋させることを含む、請求項14〜30のいずれか1項に記載のシートを製造する方法。
