Abstract
Description
K(δλ, c’, c)は、関数I’(λ, c’)とI(λ, c)との相対シフトδλおよび少なくとも1つの化合物V’およびVの濃度c’およびcに依存する相関度を表わし、
c’は、公知の同一性を有するかまたは同一と推定される、媒体中に均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物V’の濃度を表わし、
cは、公知の同一性を有する、媒体中に均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物Vの濃度を表わし、
I’(λ, c’)は、均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物V’を濃度c’で含有する媒体の測定関数を表わし、
I(λ, c)は、均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物Vを濃度cで含有する媒体の比較関数を表わし、
および
Nは、標準ファクターを表わし、
相関関数K(δλ, c’, c)により、化合物V’とVとの同一性または非同一性を算出することによってを特徴付けられる、
a)均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物V’を含有する媒体に可変波長λの分析ビームを照射し、
b)スペクトル測定関数I’(λ)を吸収光、反射光、放出光および/または散乱光について測定することによって媒体中に均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物V'の同一性または非同一性を測定する方法に関する。
鉱油のための標識化物質としては、相関分光的に異なるアントラキノン染料が試験された。
実施例1:
1,4,5,8−テトラキス[(4−ブチルフェニル)アミノ]−9,10−アントラセンジオンを欧州特許出願公開第204304号明細書A2の記載と同様に合成した。
図1には、例示的に7個の発光ダイオードに相応して7つの波長支持値を基礎とする試験構成が略示的に記載されている(ブロック"発光ダイオードセル"中の"1"〜"7")。強度が安定化された発光ダイオードセルにより、個々の発光ダイオードのビームを、選択的に光導波路により1cmのキュベット中に入射結合させる。伝送されたかまたは放出された光(蛍光または燐光)を検出器1または2(シリコンダイオード)中で検出させる。検出器の信号を相関電気機器により評価し、上記の記載と同様に同一性または非同一性を試験する。発光ダイオードセルの発光ダイオードは、次の放出波長をnmで有する:

発光ダイオード3:700
発光ダイオード4:770
発光ダイオード5:780
発光ダイオード6:810
発光ダイオード7:880。
図5a〜5eは、カチオンシアニン染料の希釈順で得られる吸収スペクトルを示す。図5b〜5eにおいて、横座標の値の範囲は、図5aの場合に相当する。従って、第1に横座標の記載は、省略した。相対的濃度は、1.0(図5a;吸収最大での相対的吸光度:E=1)、0.1(図5b;吸収最大での相対的吸光度:E=0.1)、0.01(図5c;吸収最大での相対的吸光度:E=0.01)、0.002(図5d;吸収最大での相対的吸光度:E=0.002)および0.001(図5e;吸収最大での相対的吸光度:E=0.001)であった。図5a〜5cのスペクトル中で染料の吸収をなお検出することができる場合には、図5dおよび5eのスペクトルで検出限界を達成することができるかまたは承認することができる。
Claims (5)
- 1.a)均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物V’を含有する媒体に可変波長λの分析ビームを照射し、
b)スペクトル測定関数I’(λ)を吸収光、反射光、放出光および/または散乱光について測定することによって媒体中に均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物V’の同一性または非同一性を測定する方法において、方程式I
K(δλ, c’, c)は、関数I’(λ, c’)とI(λ, c)との相対シフトδλおよび少なくとも1つの化合物V’およびVの濃度c’およびcに依存する相関度を表わし、
c’は、公知の同一性を有するかまたは同一と推定される、媒体中に均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物V’の濃度を表わし、
cは、公知の同一性を有する、媒体中に均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物Vの濃度を表わし、
I’(λ, c’)は、均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物V’を濃度c’で含有する媒体の測定関数を表わし、
I(λ, c)は、均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物Vを濃度cで含有する媒体の比較関数を表わし、
および
Nは、標準ファクターを表わし、
相関関数K(δλ, c’, c)により、化合物V’とVとの同一性または非同一性を算出することを特徴とする、媒体中に均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物V’の同一性または非同一性を測定する方法。 - 液状または固体の媒体中に均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物V’の同一性または非同一性を測定するために使用される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 液状の媒体中に均一に分布された少なくとも1つの化合物V’の同一性または非同一性を測定するために使用される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 液状の媒体は、鉱油である、請求項3記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの化合物Vおよび少なくとも1つの化合物V’は、鉱油のための標識化物質である、請求項4記載の方法。
