Claims (12)
- 自動車のホイールおよびシャシ構成部分を緩衝するための空気ばね式バイブレーションダンパ構成ユニットであって、
ロールベローズによって画成された可変のエアチャンバが設けられており、該ロールベローズが、車体側に取り付けられた、バイブレーションダンパシステムを備えた第1の構成群と、車両のシャシに取り付けられた、シャシと共に運動する第2の構成群との間に配置されており、
車体側の第1の構成群とシャシ側の第2の構成群とを接続するピストンロッドが設けられており、該ピストンロッドが、車体側の自由端部で、ピストンによって縦方向移動可能にバイブレーションダンパシステムのシリンダ管の内室に収容されている形式のものにおいて、
ピストンロッド(8)が、バイブレーションダンパシステム(2)のシリンダ管(6)の内側で、旋回軸受装置(13)に縦方向移動可能にガイドされており、該旋回軸受装置(13)が、シリンダ管(6)の中心縦軸線(18)に対するピストンロッド縦軸線の角度振れを実現するようになっており、
ピストンロッド(8)とピストン(9)との間に接続エレメント(10)が配置されており、該接続エレメント(10)が、玉継手(11,12)によって、ピストンロッド(8)およびピストン(9)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、空気ばね式バイブレーションダンパ構成ユニット。 - 旋回軸受装置(13)が、凸状の外側形状をした、横断面の変化する円形の外側輪郭を有し、かつピストンロッド横断面に適合する貫通孔(16)を備えた軸受内側部分(14)を備えており、該軸受内側部分(14)が、該軸受内側部分(14)の外側輪郭に適合し、かつ該外側輪郭に対応する凹状の切欠(17)を有する軸受外側部分(15)によって包囲されている、請求項1記載の空気ばね式バイブレーションダンパ構成ユニット。
- ピストンロッド(8)をガイドするための、軸受内側部分(14)の貫通孔(16)に、少なくとも1つのシールエレメントが配置されている、請求項2記載の空気ばね式バイブレーションダンパ構成ユニット。
- 貫通孔(16)の内側ガイド面に形成された、環状に延びる溝状の2つの凹部に、弾性的なシールリングが配置されている、請求項3記載の空気ばね式バイブレーションダンパ構成ユニット。
- 旋回軸受装置(13)の軸受内側部分(14)と軸受外側部分(15)との間に、少なくとも1つのシールエレメント(27)が配置されている、請求項2記載の空気ばね式バイブレーションダンパ構成ユニット。
- シールエレメント(27)が、弾性的なシールリングとして形成されており、該シールリングが、軸受外側部分(15)の凹状の切欠(17)の内側ガイド面に形成された、環状に延びる溝(28)に配置されている、請求項5記載の空気ばね式バイブレーションダンパ構成ユニット。
- バイブレーションダンパシステム(2)のシリンダ管(6)の、エアチャンバ(3)に向いた側の端部に、弾性的なシールリップを有するシールエレメント(30)の設けられた、ピストンロッド(8)のための貫通開口(29)が設けられており、弾性的なシールリップが、ピストンロッド上面に対する環状に延びる接触エレメントとして、シリンダ管(6)の中心縦軸線(18)からのピストンロッド(8)の旋回運動に追従することができるようになっている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の空気ばね式バイブレーションダンパ構成ユニット。
- 旋回軸受装置(13)の軸受内側部分(14)が、プラスチックから製作されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の空気ばね式バイブレーションダンパ構成ユニット。
- ピストンロッド(8)が、シャシ側の第2の構成群(7)において、別の旋回軸受装置(23)に収容されており、該旋回軸受装置(23)が、シャシ側の第2の構成群(7)の取付平面(19,20)に対して垂直の、ピストンロッド中心軸線(18)の比較的小さな角度変化を実現するようになっている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の空気ばね式バイブレーションダンパ構成ユニット。
- 旋回軸受装置(13)が、ボールスリーブ継手として形成されている、請求項9記載の空気ばね式バイブレーションダンパ構成ユニット。
- シリンダ管(6)に内在するピストン(9)と共に、シリンダ管(6)の横断面が、該シリンダ管(6)の縦方向延伸部分の少なくとも一部で、楕円形に形成されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の空気ばね式バイブレーションダンパ構成ユニット。
- シリンダ管(6)、ピストン(9)および旋回軸受装置(13)が、横断面で楕円形に形成されている、請求項11記載の空気ばね式バイブレーションダンパ構成ユニット。
