Abstract
Description
I.ポリアミド成形材料からなる層と
II.ABS成形材料からなる部材との間に
結合を生じさせるための接着促進剤の使用により解決され、その場合に接着促進剤は次のモノマー単位を含有するコポリマー2〜100質量%を含有する:
1.アクリル酸誘導体、メタクリル酸誘導体及びビニル芳香族化合物から選択されているビニル系化合物に由来するモノマー単位 約70〜約99.9質量%、並びに
2.カルボン酸無水物基、エポキシド基及びオキサゾリン基から選択されている官能基を有するモノマー単位 約0.1〜約30質量%。
1.次式の単位から選択されているモノマー単位 約70〜約99.9質量%、好ましくは80〜99.4質量%及び特に好ましくは85〜99質量%。
2.次式の単位から選択されているモノマー単位 約0.1〜約30質量%、好ましくは0.6〜20質量%及び特に好ましくは1〜15質量%:
A.式(I)の単位[ここでR2はHではない] 14〜96質量%、好ましくは20〜85質量%及び特に好ましくは25〜75質量%;
式(V)の単位[ここでm=1] 0〜75質量%、好ましくは1〜60質量%及び特に好ましくは5〜40質量%;
式(I)の単位[ここでR2=H] 0〜15質量%、好ましくは0〜10質量%及び特に好ましくは0.1〜7質量%;
式(VI)の単位[ここでm=1] 0.1〜30質量%、好ましくは1〜20質量%及び特に好ましくは2〜15質量%。
式(III)の単位0〜45質量%、好ましくは0.1〜40質量%及び特に好ましくは2〜35質量%;
式(VI)の単位[ここでm=0] 0.1〜30質量%、好ましくは0.6〜20質量%及び特に好ましくは1〜15質量%。
式(IV)の単位0〜99.7質量%、好ましくは2〜99.3質量%及び特に好ましくは4〜98質量%;
式(VI)の単位[ここでm=0] 0.1〜30質量%、好ましくは0.6〜20質量%及び特に好ましくは1〜15質量%。
式(III)の単位0.1〜45質量%、好ましくは1〜40質量%及び特に好ましくは2〜35質量%;
式(VI)の単位[ここでm=0]0.1〜30質量%、好ましくは0.6〜20質量%及び特に好ましくは1〜15質量%。
式(IV)の単位0〜99.7質量%、好ましくは0.1〜99.4質量%及び特に好ましくは2〜99質量%、
式(VII)の単位0.1〜30質量%、好ましくは0.6〜20質量%及び特に好ましくは1〜15質量%。
式(IV)の単位0〜99.7質量%、好ましくは0.1〜99.4質量%及び特に好ましくは2〜99質量%、
式(VIII)の単位0.1〜30質量%、好ましくは0.6〜20質量%及び特に好ましくは1〜15質量%。
ABS 0.1〜97.9質量%、好ましくは5〜92質量%、特に好ましくは10〜86質量%及び殊に好ましくは20〜75質量%及び付加的に
ポリアミド0.1〜97.9質量%、好ましくは5〜92質量%、特に好ましくは10〜86質量%及び殊に好ましくは20〜75質量%を含有する。
クリヤコートは技術水準に相応して、例えばポリアミド、アクリレートポリマー、フルオロポリマー又はこれらからなる混合物からなっていてよい。これは、要求される視覚的表面特性を保証し、かつその下にある層を保護すべきである。

2.ポリアミド成形材料:
PA III:2.1の相対溶液粘度ηrel及び過剰のアミノ末端基を有するPA 12 20質量部、PA 12及びポリテトラヒドロフランをベースとするポリエーテルエステルアミド80質量部並びに着色用カーボンブラック(Farbruss)0.5質量部からなる混合物
PA IV:1.9の相対溶液粘度ηrel及び過剰のカルボキシル末端基を有するPA 12 20質量部、PA 12及びポリテトラヒドロフランをベースとするポリエーテルエステルアミド80質量部並びにアルミニウムフリッター(Aluminiumflitter)2質量部からなる混合物
PA V:PA II 100質量部及びアルミニウムフリッター2質量部からなる混合物。
HV I:TERLURAN(登録商標) GP22、BASF AGのABS 60質量部及び次の組成のコポリマー40質量部からなる混合物
a)次式のモノマー単位57質量%
HV II:1.9の相対溶液粘度ηrel及び過剰のカルボキシル末端基を有するPA 12 55質量部及びHV Iと同じコポリマー45質量部からなる混合物
HV III:TERLURAN(登録商標) GP22 40質量部、HV IIと同じPA 12 30質量部及びHV Iと同じコポリマー30質量部からなる混合物
HV IV:TERLURAN(登録商標) GP22 50質量部、HV IIと同じPA 12 25質量部及びHV Iと同じコポリマー25質量部からなる混合物
HV V(本発明によらない):TERLURAN(登録商標) GP22 40質量部及びHV IIと同じPA 12 60質量部からなる混合物
HV VI(本発明によらない):TERLURAN(登録商標) GP22 60質量部及びHV IIと同じPA 12 40質量部からなる混合物
HV VII(本発明によらない):TERLURAN(登録商標) GP22 50質量部及びHV IIと同じPA 12 50質量部からなる混合物
HV VIII:TERLURAN(登録商標) GP22 40質量部、PA II 30質量部及びHV Iと同じコポリマー30質量部からなる混合物。
TERLURAN(登録商標) GP22G4nf、ガラス繊維20質量%を有するBASF AGのABS。
製造された複合部材の構成並びに結果は、第1表に示されている。
Claims (13)
- 次のモノマー単位:
a)アクリル酸誘導体、メタクリル酸誘導体及びビニル芳香族化合物から選択されているビニル系化合物に由来するモノマー単位 70〜99.9質量%、並びに
b)カルボン酸無水物基、エポキシド基及びオキサゾリン基から選択されている官能基を有するモノマー単位 0.1〜30質量%
を含有するコポリマー2〜100質量%を含有する接着促進剤(Haftvermittlers)の、
I.ポリアミド成形材料からなる層と
II.ABS成形材料からなる部材との間に
結合を生じさせるための、使用。 - コポリマーが次のモノマー単位を含有する、請求項1記載の使用:
a)次式の単位から選択されているモノマー単位70〜99.9質量%:
b)次式の単位から選択されているモノマー単位0.1〜30質量%:
- 接着促進剤が、
コポリマー2〜99.9質量%及び
ABS 0.1〜98質量%
を含有する、請求項1及び2のいずれか1項記載の使用。 - 接着促進剤が、
コポリマー2〜99.9質量%及び
ポリアミド0.1〜98質量%
を含有する、請求項1及び2のいずれか1項記載の使用。 - 接着促進剤が、
コポリマー2〜99.8質量%、
ABS 0.1〜97.9質量%及び
ポリアミド0.1〜97.9質量%
を含有する、請求項1及び2のいずれか1項記載の使用。 - 次の層:
・ポリアミド成形材料からなる少なくとも1つの層並びに
・請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の接着促進剤からなる少なくとも1つの層
を含有する、多層シート。 - ABS層、別のポリアミド層、着色層、機能層及びクリヤコートから選択されている1つ又はそれ以上の別の層を含有する、請求項6記載の多層シート。
- 多層シートを、同時押出し又はラミネーション並びに場合により引き続き加工方法により製造する、請求項6及び7のいずれか1項記載の多層シートの製造方法。
- ・請求項6及び7のいずれか1項記載の多層シート及び
・ABS成形材料からなる部材から構成されている、複合部材。 - ABS成形材料が別の熱可塑性プラスチックを成分として含有する、請求項9記載の複合部材。
- ABS成形材料からなる部材が平面的に成形されている、請求項9及び10のいずれか1項記載の複合部材。
- 自動車の車体部材、ライニング、飾り枠、ブラインド枠、ブラインド又は装飾要素である、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項記載の複合部材。
- 複合部材を、スプレーバッキング、同時押出し、プレス、ラミネーション、プレスバッキング又はフォームバッキングにより並びに場合によりその後の変形により製造する、請求項9から12までのいずれか1項記載の複合部材の製造方法。
