Abstract
【解決手段】ロータリーキルンの排ガス口の外側に排ガス受けを設け、排ガス受けには、排気される不完全燃焼ガスを完全燃焼させる二次燃焼室を介して発電装置と、排気をクリーン化させる集塵装置とを順次接続してあり、一方、焼却灰類の灰出口の外側には、排出される焼却灰類の冷却装置と、冷却に伴って焼却灰類から受ける熱で水を加熱する熱交換機とを設けてあり、前記発電装置は、二次燃焼室からの排気を熱媒体に伝達する熱交換機と、熱媒体で湯を沸騰させる蒸気発生機と、その蒸気によりタービンを駆動させる発電機とからなり、蒸気発生機に蒸気化させる温水を得るよう前記加熱水装置からの配管を接続した。

Claims (2)
- 傾斜する回転筒の上端に廃棄物の投入ホッパーを設け、下端にはバーナーの炎の吹込口と、廃棄物の焼却灰類の灰出口を設けたロータリーキルンを主体とし、ロータリーキルンの中の燃焼ガスが排気される排ガス口の外側に排ガス受けを設け、排ガス受けには、排気される不完全燃焼ガスを完全燃焼させる二次燃焼室を介して、発電装置と、排気をクリーン化させる集塵装置とを順次接続してあり、一方、焼却灰類の灰出口の外側には、排出される焼却灰類の冷却装置と、冷却に伴って焼却灰類から受ける熱で水を加熱する加熱水装置とを設けてあり、前記発電装置は、二次燃焼室からの排気を熱媒体に伝達する熱交換機と、熱媒体で湯を沸騰させる蒸気発生機と、その蒸気によりタービンを駆動させる発電機とからなり、蒸気発生機に蒸気化させる温水を得るよう前記加熱装置からの配管を接続したことを特徴とする廃棄物処理発電炉。
- ロータリーキルンの回転筒を、小径の上部回転筒とその端が突入する大径の下部回転筒とからなることにより、上部回転筒と下部回転筒との間の隙間を排ガス口として構成し、排ガス口にその周囲に被さるように前記排ガス受けが形成され、排ガス受けに連続して二次燃焼室が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃棄物処理発電炉。
