Abstract
【解決手段】内輪51と、外輪52と、内輪51と外輪52との間に転動自在に配された複数の円すいころ53と、円すいころ53を円周所定間隔に保持する保持器54とを備え、内輪51の外径面の大径側にのみ円すいころ53を案内する鍔部56を設けた円すいころ軸受である。保持器54は、大径側環状部61と、小径側環状部62と、大径側環状部61と小径側環状部62とを連結する柱部63とを備える。大径側環状部61に、内径側へ突出する引っ掛け部65を設ける。鍔部56の外径面の軸方向外端側に引っ掛け部65が係合する切欠部66を設ける。引っ掛け部65の内径端65aの切欠部66の底壁66aとの間に、引っ掛け部65の内径端65aと切欠部66との許容されるべき相対的接近量と同一または小さい径方向隙間M1を設ける。

Claims (5)
- 内輪と、外輪と、内輪と外輪との間に転動自在に配された複数の円すいころと、円すいころを円周所定間隔に保持する保持器とを備え、内輪の外径面の大径側にのみ前記円すいころを案内する鍔部を設けた円すいころ軸受であって、
前記保持器は、大径側環状部と、小径側環状部と、大径側環状部と小径側環状部とを連結する柱部とを備え、前記大径側環状部に、内径側へ突出する引っ掛け部を設けるとともに、前記鍔部の外径面の軸方向外端側に前記引っ掛け部が係合する切欠部を設け、引っ掛け部の内径端と切欠部の底壁との間に、引っ掛け部の内径端と切欠部との許容されるべき相対的接近量と同一または小さい径方向隙間を設けたことを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 前記切欠部の径方向端面と引っ掛け部の内面との間に、径方向端面と引っ掛け部との許容されるべき相互接近量よりも大きな軸方向隙間を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器が金属製であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器が樹脂製であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器に用いる樹脂はPPSであることを特徴とする請求項4の円すいころ軸受。
