Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン冷却水を導入する温水室及びガス燃料を導入する燃料室を本体ボディに有し、温水室と燃料室とが隔壁で区画され隔壁を介した熱交換によりガス燃料の気化を促進させるガスエンジンのベーパライザにおいて、別部品からなる温水室23,33を形成する部分と燃料室53,43を形成する部分とが隔壁となる仕切板91,92を間に挟んで重ねられた組み合わせを少なくとも1組有し、固定手段としての複数の通しボルト10Aにより各部2,5,3,4である部品が重層した状態で連結・固定されて本体ボディを構成し、その温水室と燃料室の組み合わせ数を変更することで熱交換面積を変更可能とした。

Claims (5)
- 本体ボディ内にエンジン冷却水が導入される温水室及びガス燃料が導入される燃料室を有し、前記温水室と前記燃料室とが隔壁で区画されて該隔壁を介した前記温水室内の加熱されたエンジン冷却水と燃料室内のガス燃料との熱交換によりガス燃料を加熱して気化を促進させるガスエンジンのベーパライザにおいて、それぞれが別部品からなる前記温水室を形成する部分と前記燃料室を形成する部分とが前記隔壁となる板状部品を間に挟んで重ねられた組み合わせを少なくとも1組を有し、所定の固定手段により前記各部品が重層した状態で連結・固定されて前記本体ボディを構成しており、前記組み合わせの数を変更することにより熱交換面積を変更可能としたことを特徴とするガスエンジンのベーパライザ。
- 前記本体ボディが前記温水室、前記燃料室、前記温水室、調圧室を兼ねた前記燃料室、の順に重ねられた4層構造を有しており、中間の2層である前記燃料室、前記温水室を取り外して最下層と最上層である前記温水室と調圧室を兼ねた前記燃料室とを連結することにより2層構造に変更可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載したガスエンジンのベーパライザ。
- 前記温水室を形成する部品及び前記燃料室を形成する部品の総てを連結・固定して1つの前記本体ボディを構成する前記固定手段が前記部品の総てを貫通する通しボルトであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載したガスエンジンのベーパライザ。
- 前記隔壁が、少なくとも前記温水室側の表面を前記温水室を形成する部品よりもエンジン冷却水による腐食に対し耐蝕性の高い素材からなる仕切板により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1,2または3に記載したガスエンジンのベーパライザ。
- 前記仕切板がステンレス鋼板からなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載したガスエンジンのベーパライザ。
