Abstract
【解決手段】隔壁24によってケース空間G1、G2に分割されたモータケース22およびエクステンションハウジング23と、隔壁を挟んでモータケースに固定され、巻線15bが巻回されたステータ15と、ステータの内周部に回転自在に設けられたロータ軸13に固定されたロータ12とを含んで構成された駆動用電気モータ8と、隔壁を挟んでモータケースの放射方向内周部に固定されたセパレータプレート30と、セパレータプレートと係合および離脱自在に設けられたフリクションプレート31とを備え、セパレータプレートおよびフリクションプレートの近傍の隔壁に、ケース空間を連通する貫通孔59を形成する。

Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置の概略構成図である。図2は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置の自動変速装置および駆動用電気モータの一部を示す断面図である。図3は、図2のX−X方向矢視断面図である。図4は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置の潤滑油の流れを示す図である。本実施の形態においては、本発明に係るハイブリッド駆動装置をFR(Front engine Rear drive)車両に適用した例を説明する。
図5は、本発明の第2の実施の形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置の動力分配機構および制御用電気モータの断面図である。なお、本実施の形態においては、動力分配機構を収納するケース空間と制御用電気モータを収納するケース空間を貫通孔で連通した例を示している。

Claims (5)
- 少なくとも1つの隔壁と、前記隔壁によって分割された第1の空間および第2の空間がそれぞれ形成された第1のケース部および第2のケース部を有するケース本体と、
前記第1のケース部に固定され、巻回された巻線を有するステータと、前記ステータ内に回転自在に設けられたロータ軸と、前記ロータ軸に固定されたロータとを含んで構成された電気モータと、
前記ロータ軸と同軸で、かつ、前記ロータ軸とともに回転することができる回転軸と、
前記第2のケース部の内周部にスプライン結合された第1の摩擦部材と、前記回転軸に支持されたハブと、前記ハブにスプライン結合し、前記第1の摩擦部材と摩擦係合および非摩擦係合するように設けられた第2の摩擦部材と、を含んで構成される摩擦係合要素と、
前記摩擦係合要素に潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給手段とを備え、
前記摩擦係合要素が前記隔壁に近接するようにして設置されたハイブリッド駆動装置において、
前記第1の空間および前記第2の空間を連通する貫通孔を前記摩擦係合要素に対向するよう前記隔壁に形成したことを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記摩擦係合要素は、前記ロータ軸に入力された動力を前記回転軸に変速して伝達する変速機の一部を構成し、前記ハブに入力された動力を制動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記摩擦係合要素は、前記回転軸に入力された動力を前記ロータ軸および出力軸に分配する動力分配装置の一部を構成し、前記ハブに入力された動力を制動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記第2のケース部の放射方向内周部に前記第1の摩擦部材の外周部に形成されたスプライン部に嵌合するスプライン溝が形成され、
前記貫通孔が、前記スプライン溝に連通するように前記隔壁に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記貫通孔の前記第1のケース部に対向する前記貫通孔の開口端に取付けられる第1の端部および前記第1の端部から前記巻線の方向に延在する第2の端部を有するパイプ部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
