Abstract
【解決手段】多重効用型の蒸発缶20を備える造水装置1であって、複数の蒸発缶20は、前段側から後段側に沿って、高温蒸発缶群2aと低温蒸発缶群2bとにグループ分けされており、原水に含まれるスケール成分の少なくとも一部を除去して除スケール水を生成するスケール成分除去手段5と、前記除スケール水を被処理水として、高温蒸発缶群2aを構成する各蒸発缶20の伝熱管221に供給する除スケール水供給手段6と、原水を被処理水として、低温蒸発缶群2bを構成する各蒸発缶20の伝熱管221に供給する原水供給手段7とを備える。

Claims (5)
- 蒸気が内部を通過する伝熱管の外表面に被処理水を供給することにより被処理水から蒸気と濃縮水とを生成すると共に、前記伝熱管内で蒸気が凝縮することにより凝縮水を生成する蒸発缶を複数備え、前記複数の蒸発缶の相互間を、前段の蒸発缶で生成された蒸気を後段の蒸発缶の伝熱管内部に熱源として導くように接続された造水装置であって、
前記複数の蒸発缶は、前段側から後段側に沿って、高温蒸発缶群と低温蒸発缶群とにグループ分けされており、
原水に含まれるスケール成分の少なくとも一部を除去して除スケール水を生成するスケール成分除去手段と、
前記除スケール水を被処理水として、前記高温蒸発缶群を構成する各蒸発缶の伝熱管に供給する除スケール水供給手段と、
原水を被処理水として、前記低温蒸発缶群を構成する各蒸発缶の伝熱管に供給する原水供給手段とを備える造水装置。 - 前記高温蒸発缶群において生成される濃縮水の一部を前記除スケール水供給手段に還流する高温缶群用還流手段を備える請求項1に記載の造水装置。
- 前記低温蒸発缶群において生成される濃縮水の一部を前記原水供給手段に還流する低温缶群用還流手段を備える請求項1又は請求項2に記載の造水装置。
- 前記スケール成分除去手段は、ナノ濾過膜装置である請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の造水装置。
- 蒸気が内部を通過する伝熱管の外表面に被処理水を供給することにより被処理水から蒸気と濃縮水とを生成すると共に、前記伝熱管内で蒸気が凝縮することにより凝縮水を生成する蒸発缶を複数備え、前記複数の蒸発缶の相互間を、前段の蒸発缶で生成された蒸気を後段の蒸発缶の伝熱管内部に熱源として導くように接続されており、前記複数の蒸発缶が、前段側から後段側に沿って、高温蒸発缶群と低温蒸発缶群とにグループ分けされた造水装置を用いて原水から凝縮水を生成する造水方法であって、
原水に含まれるスケール成分の少なくとも一部を除去して除スケール水を生成するスケール成分除去ステップと、
前記除スケール水を被処理水として、前記高温蒸発缶群を構成する各蒸発缶の伝熱管に供給する除スケール水供給ステップと、
原水を被処理水として、前記低温蒸発缶群を構成する各蒸発缶の伝熱管に供給する原水供給ステップとを備える造水方法。
