Abstract
【解決手段】排ガス・燃焼制御装置30と、それぞれの帯15〜18に燃料と燃焼用空気とをバーナ内部で混合した混合気を点火装置により着火して炉内へ噴射する1次燃焼、及び燃料と燃焼用空気を別々に炉内へ噴射して混合した混合気を自然発火させる2次燃焼の手段を有する蓄熱式バーナ19、19、…の対とを備える連続式加熱炉10とし、2次燃焼の混合気が自然発火する温度以上の所定温度を燃焼切替温度として、この燃焼切替温度以上の温度である帯に配置された蓄熱式バーナを2次燃焼させるとともに、排ガス・燃焼制御装置を用いて燃焼用空気の酸素濃度を体積比で17〜20%として操業する。

Claims (3)
- 独立して炉温の設定が可能な複数の帯と、それぞれの前記帯に対で配置される蓄熱式バーナと、前記蓄熱式バーナの蓄熱体を通過した炉内排ガスを燃焼用空気へ混合する排ガス・燃焼制御装置とを備える連続式加熱炉の操業方法であって、
前記蓄熱式バーナは、燃料と前記燃焼用空気とをバーナ内部で混合した混合気を点火装置により着火して炉内へ噴射する1次燃焼、及び前記燃料と前記燃焼用空気を別々に炉内へ噴射して混合した混合気を自然発火させる2次燃焼の手段を有し、前記2次燃焼の前記混合気が自然発火する温度以上の所定温度を燃焼切替温度として、前記燃焼切替温度以上の温度である前記帯に配置された前記蓄熱式バーナを2次燃焼させるとともに、
前記排ガス・燃焼制御装置を用いて前記燃焼用空気の酸素濃度を体積比で17〜20%とする
ことを特徴とする連続式加熱炉の操業方法。 - 前記連続式加熱炉の最も装入口に近い前記帯に関し、複数の測定される温度のうちの最低温度を前記帯の温度とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続式加熱炉の操業方法。
- 独立して炉温の設定が可能な複数の帯と、
それぞれの前記帯に対で配置され、燃料と燃焼用空気とをバーナ内部で混合した混合気を点火装置により着火して炉内へ噴射する1次燃焼、及び前記燃料と前記燃焼用空気を別々に炉内へ噴射して混合した混合気を自然発火させる2次燃焼の手段を有する蓄熱式バーナと、
前記蓄熱式バーナの蓄熱体を通過した炉内排ガスを前記燃焼用空気へ混合する排ガス・燃焼制御装置と
を備えることを特徴とする連続式加熱炉。
