【解決手段】液晶パネル90は、第1基板と、各画素に設けられた画素電極120と共通電極118と、第2基板と、遮光膜212と、を含む。画素電極120と共通電極118とは、第1基板の画素領域92に配置されている。第2基板は、第1基板に対向している。遮光膜212は、第2基板に配置されている。遮光膜212は、画素領域92を取り囲む外周部214と、少なくとも画素領域92に設けられた中央部216と、を含む。中央部216は外周部214よりも比抵抗が高い材料で構成され、外周部214は中央部216よりも遮光性が高い材料で構成されている。

Claims (5)
- 第1基板と、
前記第1基板の画素領域に配置され、各画素に設けられた画素電極と共通電極と、
前記第1基板に対向した第2基板と、
前記第2基板に配置された遮光膜と、
を備え、
前記遮光膜は前記画素領域を取り囲む外周部と、少なくとも前記画素領域に設けられた中央部とを含み、
前記中央部は前記外周部よりも比抵抗が高い材料で構成され、前記外周部は前記中央部よりも遮光性が高い材料で構成されていることを特徴とする液晶パネル。 - 請求項1に記載の液晶パネルであって、
前記外周部と前記第2基板とはいずれも無機材料で構成され互いに接触して設けられていることを特徴とする液晶パネル。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の液晶パネルであって、
前記外周部は前記画素のうちで最外周の画素から少なくとも1画素分離れて設けられていることを特徴とする液晶パネル。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の液晶パネルであって、
前記外周部は前記中央部よりも熱伝導性が高い材料で構成されていることを特徴とする液晶パネル。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の液晶パネルと、
前記液晶パネルに対して光照射可能に配置された光源と、
を備えることを特徴とする投射型液晶表示装置。
